What an absolutely wonderful history Hans. Your parents instilled solid values and it shows, both in your core values and your humble demeanor. The world could use a few more people like your family.
Congrats Hans on your TH-cam success. I'm 64 and about to retire. I've always saved but never spent time learning about retirement, minimizing taxes and learning about retirement related concerns such as Social Security taxes. I have learned a lot from your videos. I told my wife the other day, I had a breakthrough last night, Hans explained Roth Conversions and now understand the benefits.
Hans, Your story is compelling and relateable with me. 1. I love the fact you left home and family in Midwest to the N. Carolina, started from scratch to becoming 2. I love the fact you built your career and credentials and climbed from bottom to the top of the Co. 3. Opening your own Company across from your long-time employer. What a blessing! 4. Finally, from a small village in East Africa I came to the US in 1966 as an exchange student. Never Left. The trajectory of your personal and professional life parallel some aspects of my own life. Most of all, it is the deeply held VALUES one lives by that makes one's story compelling. Thank you.
Hans , I enjoyed all your videos especially the ones where you go over Medicare and the options with Part B , HMO and PPO ... I enjoy the white board breakdwon , you simplify the complicated choices. Thank you for your great video free of charge to us youtubers.
John, Great story and career of which you should be proud. As a retired CPA, one of the core values of a CPA is independence. If one is to attest to financial statement or provide financial advice on a variety of products, being independent is what is paramount in selecting an advisor. I trust the advice you have given me on Medicare choices and L/T care products and respect the benefit of your CFP credentials and personal values.
Hans has forgotten more than most new guys know! The most value of his advice is not provided by how smart he may be, which is tons, but in how old he is …which means how much he has experienced and seen. That combination is lethal ! Much respect to Hans.
Johnny, as I called you when we were kids and our Families were friends, you have always been a self starter and leader! Congratulations on all you have achieved! 🎉😎
Hans very interesting life story of you. I’m in your old home state of Minnesota. I’ve just found you and your company on TH-cam a few days ago. Very interesting stuff. My wife and I are 59 and 57. And I am starting now to watch yours and many other videos. Thank you, Sup.
I really get a lot out of your videos and the annuity part of the plans is intriguing. I am very confused by bonds in a portfolio . Do you have any videos on bonds and can you replace bonds with annuities and would that make sense? Thanks
Considering your experience with medicare I'm surprised you didn't build in the impact of medicare part premium. I found my premium going up from 170 to 600 Because I sold my primary residence and I had high income even after taking the $250k. That is $4k impact this coming year ouch!

I love the honesty of your videos-- just the facts - no slick call me lets talk etc --
