can someone please explain what ben means when he refers to the horse , dropped off his leg, ?? what does this term mean. as in what has the horse done wrong or differently ? , thanks in advance, 19:16 onwards

When a horse drops off his leg, it's almost like he's not listening to his leg and moving off the leg. Avoiding the aids almost. The horse hasn't done anything wrong.. just isn't moving off the leg much
