What they need to fix is the fact that drop rates on the reactors is not right, i.e. I have spent hours grinding to get the amorphous to get specific part, but I end up get parts that I all ready have and to go further it seems to the item with a 6%-20% drop rate that is bugged as I have never gotten any item with a 6%-20% chance, I nave gotten a 3% item a few times, but most are in the higher range, i.e. 38% range with the exception of descendant parts which are extremely rare.
I might not be understanding you correctly but if you're talking about the timed camps, the 6-25% reward is from " successful infiltration" which means using Sharen to stealth and interact with those kiosk things instead of destroying them. If you don't interact with them and destroy them instead then you cannot receive the secondary amorphous material reward
