@@DrAvyactAgrawal true sir . That's your opinion but I again differ . The Era when doctors were treated as superstars is over. True ,radiologist never get the recognition and will never be famous . Now with so many doctors in the country , as you said 125 pediatrician in a city , which will only increase within few years , the ease with which clinicians used to be famous is not an uphill battle . It will be all about ease and access. And most of the clinics at present do depend on brokers for their clinic to attract patients. So they aren't independent in true sense as well. Truth be told no branch is entirely independent in the modern Era. You might not choose to refer a patient to a radiologist but you will require imaging done if you want to correclty diagnose a patient. So even if a clinician doesnt refer a pt to a radiologist the patient will eventually visit a centre. Some 20 years ago when doctors were few they used to be highly regarded but in modern times when medical seats are way more than what it used to be the stardom has definitely diminished. Also interacting with 200 to 300 pts in a day would not be possible if the quality of treatment is to be maintained . If AI is to be regarded as a danger it will be a danger to all the fields , clinical subjects included. Fame is a double edged sword as well . One day some one is famous and the other day eveyone is trash talking about the individual. All these being said I agree that branch selection is a personal choice and it all boils down to what is important to you as a individual. Personally for me patient interaction is a hassle and fame is a headache. I love solving puzzles and looking at variety of cases there are. This is the benefit of radio I guess to enjoy coffee ..look at variety of cases ..go on vacations with just a laptop and work remotely . And about being to afford a fellow doctor ...anyone can afford any other individual. IR and diagnostic radiologist can definitely afford you or any other pediatrician...you might choose not to work there ..that Implies the other way round too ...you might be able to afford one IR but he might choose not to work with you as one can definitely get a better offer somewhere else as well. AI might reduce the workload of a radiologist and it can do so in clinical branch as well . some articles does claim that AI can pick diagnosis upon symptoms input better than the human counter part . so even a mediocre, just mbbs passed doctors will also be equally able to treat a patient with just as much ease. and i would most humbly agree that childhood does shape one’s perception of things , being born to a high ranking government official i have enjoyed the luxury of fame , money and power only to realize that it’s time with family and friends that matter the most but at the end of thr day it’s my viewpoint and i respect yours as well ..but of course i don’t agree with them 😁
Sir I have severe hyperhidrosis in whole body. I get drenched in sweat in hot especially in hands & face & overall whole body. That's why I fear patient interactions. Any suggestions from you regarding my condition & how to pass with practicals with this condition sir? And which branch shall I prefer after MBBS ?
You should do DNB in a cool, end branch...derma, psychiatry, radio In a corporate hospital.... Because they have good central AC.. Radio is best for you. Causes of hyperhydrosis could be genetic.. Sometimes anxiois personalities or hyperthyroidism can be a cause... Hope you have consultated ur phycician.
Law and order implementation is poor in many states morever public has various misconceptions, firm beliefs related to medical profession... Eg... Pt is being kept in ventilators Even after death... With these kind of suspicios mind set of Attendents it will always be mentally stressful to deal with acutely sick patients... We need to manage as well counsel atttendents every decision like we are stealing something... Cases of violance , litigations are severe random rare manifestation of these perceptions Thats why I don't like thoss branches who deals with acute emergencies ... But this could be biased opinion I have after seeing things around me.... I used to be best pediatric critical doctor in my city... Contributed in saving very difficult to save children includin one 550 gm newborn..... Or crait bite..or GBS or encephalitis... Severe malaria, severe dengue, drownings, scorpian bites or severe dengue... But I Left critical care on my peak eventualy and picked up opd practice and allergies.... Moreover as its not core UG branch faculty position in medical colleges would be cut down among your aspirations list.. Though corporate mutispecialllity hospitals will hire you and pay well and you may open up your hospital too.. So if someone is mentally tough to bear quarallsome attendents and really want to have thrill of saving difficult cases..can Go for emergency medicine or critical care... Branch is good for big private hospitals and institutioms where adequate security is assured.... Lack of opd practice and follow up wont create your brand value among public inspite of saving lives..
Sir MD Paeds or MS OBG which would be more lucrative in tier 2 cities and easy to establish private practice in. I am getting both branches paeds away from home and obg in home town. I don’t have any preference. What would you suggest. Thank you
Sir i am 30, and passionate about surgery. Is it wise to go for general surgery for me because i will pass out at 33 and then again say 1 yr prep for SS, will be 37 at minimum by the time i pass out MCh. That is why i m thinking to go for end branches like ortho/obgyn. In Eastern India, male obgyns are not discriminated to that extent like as in North. Please reply sir.
mbbs is more than enough just join Meghalaya Govt. Doctor will be expected as machine/magician for saving lifes and will always be answerable to few deaths that happen at home or at hospitals!
Couldnt understand your question One ENT surgeon ( DNB )was quite emotional about his branch... Where I compared little bit with opthal.. Sir is it a risky choice to take family medicine if im getting md/dnb general medicine.. Family medicine knows everything about all branches..which feels like a tempting offer .
But no medical college jobs are there...no good DM available So its inferior choice then medicine pedia... But if you want to setttle in small place, with opd day care or small hospital it could be excellent branch

Sir how is private medical college for mbbs provided if we can afford it? Will it put an effect on our professional career if we do further degree from govt?
I am getting MD Psychiatry in ist attempt ..everyone is telling me to drop and not join psychiatry isko paglon ka doctor boltai hein…what should I do sir ?
I think ms anatomy and md physio are the most chill branch out of all..pay is decent..fixed teaching hours...and more than adequate time for your family, your hobbies and other things. They are the chillest ones in nonclinicals.
There is book by the name start with why by Simon sinek. Please read that book. You can never praised Anatomy and Physiology after that. We joined M.B.B.S so that we can treat patients after passing out and not to become Medical college teachers. Secondly, If by your bad luck, MD General Medicine applies for a post of Physiology. Then, He will be getting an edge over MD Physio. Also, If a general Surgeon applies for a post of Proffesor in Anatomy. Then, he will be preferred over MS Anatomy. Also, there Msc Anatomy and Physiology. Some, Colleges can take these people as a lecturer.
Sir i got a rank of 62k and this was my 2nd attempt..should i take bcat in ms opthal or anesthesia or consider a drop year My concern is even if study hard im not sure if can get below 15k to get radio or derma next time bcuz those r the ones im looking for
Thanks for all your videos Sir. I am confused regarding my branch selection, i liked medicine but i have lost 4-5 yrs after my internship, i am 31 yrs already. So will it be right for me to take medicine since i live in a metro, or should i go for end branch like radio? How difficult is the neet ss exam in comparison to neet pg?
If you want to settle in metro and becauss already late... Radio will be much better choice.. Cool residency and easier job options.. If stemima and intesrest remain then may go for IR.. Ss is much less competitive then neet pg and UG who ever prepares get it.
@@DrAvyactAgrawal Thank you so much sir for your valuable piece of advice. What is your view on DNB Med? Is it worth doing DNB Med from Apollo, Guwahati over MD as it would not have any bond .

Cardiology Training: Completion of DM Cardiology or equivalent (e.g., DNB Cardiology). 3. Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in India. 4. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cardiology practice. Apart from above TOFL will be required

Sir i am getting MS ortho and MD Respiratory Medicine I am good to go for both what should I do what should i choose considering every aspect of both sir. Although my first choice was MD Gen Medicine.
Then MD resp followed by DM cardio you should prefer. This branch is almost same as medicin actually... Non availability of good Dm except cardio DM is biggest disadvantage...
AI might reduce the workload of a radiologist and it can do so in clinical branch as well . some articles does claim that AI can pick diagnosis upon symptoms input better than the human counter part . so even a mediocre, just mbbs passed doctors will also be equally able to treat a patient with just as much ease.
and i would most humbly agree that childhood does shape one’s perception of things , being born to a high ranking government official i have enjoyed the luxury of fame , money and power only to realize that it’s time with family and friends that matter the most but at the end of thr day it’s my viewpoint and i respect yours as well ..but of course i don’t agree with them 😁
Sir please start a paediatric series of common childhood disease with treatment for general practitioners

You should do DNB in a cool, end branch...derma, psychiatry, radio
In a corporate hospital....
Because they have good central AC..
Radio is best for you.
Causes of hyperhydrosis could be genetic..
Sometimes anxiois personalities or hyperthyroidism can be a cause...
Hope you have consultated ur phycician.
Sir eagerly waiting for Intervention Radiologist video 😊
Monday you will see top intervention radiologist of jabalpur
Sir pls make a video on palliative medicine
Early settlement as well as work life balance should also be there while choosing any branch
Sir I would be much obliged if you could make videos in English.
Sir what about emergency medicine?
Since it’s an emerging branch in India and with the shift system giving more work life balance
Law and order implementation is poor in many states morever public has various misconceptions, firm beliefs related to medical profession...
Eg... Pt is being kept in ventilators Even after death...
With these kind of suspicios mind set of
Attendents it will always be mentally stressful to deal with acutely sick patients...
We need to manage as well counsel atttendents every decision like we are stealing something...
Cases of violance , litigations are severe random rare manifestation of these perceptions
Thats why I don't like thoss branches who deals with acute emergencies ...
Thank you
Peds practice is easier to establish..
Though less paying branch in comparison to gyne obs
Sir please give more insights about psm ...after your vedio only i git exposed to this branch in this way also...pls sir
Sabkuch to bata diya..
And video descrption me likh bhi di extra information.
Thank you so much sir 🙏
Sir, what's your view on md pmr?
Sir please make a video on the neurological after mbbs
Sir i am 30, and passionate about surgery. Is it wise to go for general surgery for me because i will pass out at 33 and then again say 1 yr prep for SS, will be 37 at minimum by the time i pass out MCh. That is why i m thinking to go for end branches like ortho/obgyn. In Eastern India, male obgyns are not discriminated to that extent like as in North.
Please reply sir.
Yes pic obs gyne or ortho
@@DrAvyactAgrawal thank you sir for your valuable suggestion 🙏.
Sir i am confused in pathology and radiotherapy . Can you advice me on it ,?
Sir can u give any insight on newer branches like aerospace and marine medicine. Like do they have scope in future?
Good video sir
mbbs is more than enough just join Meghalaya Govt. Doctor will be expected as machine/magician for saving lifes and will always be answerable to few deaths that happen at home or at hospitals!
It's that same case even in Kerala which is the most literate state apparently! People expect doctors to be gods among men!
Hello sir,Ms Ortho Vs DMRD what would you suggest ?
Ms ortho
Sir You didn't say about ENT after Pathology it was scheduled as ENT but I cannot find it😢
Couldnt understand your question
One ENT surgeon ( DNB )was quite emotional about his branch... Where I compared little bit with opthal..
His unnecessary comments discouraged me to analyse this branch obhevtively for new Comers..
Will record an interview of established ENT surgeon but I won't analyse it..
@@DrAvyactAgrawal
He did diploma in ent and later mch or fellowship and isn't MS in ENT
So please sir can you interview someone who did MS ENT and is an experienced one in the field
And sir you are doing wonderful Job..! Thankyou so much don't get disheartened 🌸
I like ENT compared to Opthal Anesthesia but seeing reviews on TH-cam I'm getting depressed regarding choosing it as career though I like it
And sir what all branches can I get at 12k Rank
@conceptsofmedicine4586 If u love a branch thats a top branch for u... Dont be confused in every branch there are highly successful individuals and in every branch not so successful...
So go with ENT and do MCH too..
Will be taking interview of one busy private practiioner after some time
Sir DMRD and MD pedia what should i choose considering every aspect of both sir
MD is always winner
What about ent sir ,ent and ophtha which should be priority currently
Opthal
ENT
Sir I’m getting MS optha, MD Radiotherapy , Pathology according to my rank. Which one should I choose ?? @DrAvyactAgrawal pls help
Opthal or radiotherapy... Deoending upon interest
Sir please make a detailed video on mch ctvs
Is MS ENT good?
Sir, please make video on emergency medicine
Sir Whether in future DM in adult specialisation will be removed after MD pediatrics?
No such notifications till now...
They removed gastro though
Sir is it a risky choice to take family medicine if im getting md/dnb general medicine..
Family medicine knows everything about all branches..which feels like a tempting offer .
But no medical college jobs are there...no good DM available
So its inferior choice then medicine pedia...
But if you want to setttle in small place, with opd day care or small hospital it could be excellent branch
Sir plz review dnb 6 yr neurosurgery, scope, salary, life balance, quackery?
Sir ji makes a video on M Ch Trauma surgery
Sir is Orthopedic SATURATED?
sir agar student ko hypothyroidism ho aur wo aage jaake surgery branch opt krna chahe to wo kar skta hai kya??
No problem at all..
Sir Psychiatry vs Ophthal vs 6 yrs DNB plastic Surgery (not in gangaram) what's going to be on more demand in future ?
1.6 yr DNB

3. Psychiatry
DNB psychiatry vs DNB rad onc which one to choose?

good sir
Sir plz ek video radiation oncology pe ,counseling start hone wali hai plz sir
Sir, please guide us on how to proceed after completing pg. I feel like there are many specialists in every field, especially in my city Indore. I am very afraid to take any branch because i think i will not succeed
For Indoor go with branches which have good DM and MCH available...
You have to beat highly saturated city..
@@DrAvyactAgrawal sir I was thinking of taking psychiatry, I want to take an end branch. But I am not sure if I would like it or not . I wanted to take medicine but I will not get it this year , also I think I don't want to do DM
If want end branch then best is DNB derma or MD PSYCHİATRY..
If u have interest in PSYCHİATRY then go for it
I will teach later on how to build roaring practice...

No

Second is gyne obs

But student has to work on turning disadvantages into advantage keeping realities in mind...
I weigh risk /benefit & effort/ returns ratio before saying that.

This is one of the best branch in current medical scenario...
PSYCHİATRİSY illnesses are highly prevalent and increasing..

After MD also u can get experience as SR in busy hospitals
Sir MD Anatomy branch review
I think ms anatomy and md physio are the most chill branch out of all..pay is decent..fixed teaching hours...and more than adequate time for your family, your hobbies and other things. They are the chillest ones in nonclinicals.
Yes I have seen they are happiest people around
@@DrAvyactAgrawal Sir is their any difference between MS Anatomy or MD Anatomy
I don't think so...
Terminology diffrence
There is book by the name start with why by Simon sinek. Please read that book. You can never praised Anatomy and Physiology after that. We joined M.B.B.S so that we can treat patients after passing out and not to become Medical college teachers. Secondly, If by your bad luck, MD General Medicine applies for a post of Physiology. Then, He will be getting an edge over MD Physio. Also, If a general Surgeon applies for a post of Proffesor in Anatomy. Then, he will be preferred over MS Anatomy. Also, there Msc Anatomy and Physiology. Some, Colleges can take these people as a lecturer.
what about radiodiagnosis
Sir i got a rank of 62k and this was my 2nd attempt..should i take bcat in ms opthal or anesthesia or consider a drop year
My concern is even if study hard im not sure if can get below 15k to get radio or derma next time bcuz those r the ones im looking for

Then MD resp followed by DM cardio you should prefer.

Non availability of good Dm except cardio DM is biggest disadvantage...

But for medical college jobs its not good as its not in UG curriculum.
