Searching for the Landscape Signal

The Landscape Signal is a pre-Horizons audio signal coming from the direction of Sagittarius A* with no confirmed origin. This expedition aims to fully map the boxel of roughly 20,000 stars near the core to determine once and for all where this mysterious signal gives birth. We think it's something in orbit of a planet or moon.
Is it coming from Sag A*? Is it Space Whales... Is it Raxxla? Is it nothing...

0:30 this is a fairly well-known user signal of the cosmos radiophone in narrow circles, exactly the same soundtrack is used in the legendary game Spore at the cosmos stage, when the mouse is pointed at an uninhabited star
