I Love the JOY and PASSION you have for gardening. I learned a lot and have a share. I bought a bunch of fresh spinach at my local market the other day. The stems were only missing the roots. All seven plants are alive and growing new sprouts in water in a south facing window here in beautiful San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.
You have a fan for life and a new supscriber. YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the dumbest Ideal out there, feed "waste" to chickens & pigs.
Oh you do not have poultry & pigs, must be city people, real gardener have all the thing that is needed to stop wasting resources & we have been doing it for hundreds of years. What no worm beds or compost piles.
