This is what I've heard Ronnie say over the last years (no idea of he's still doing all of it)
- He's vegan, but eats fish
- He always makes sure to sleep at least 8 hours
- He's working out
- He's sober
- He gave up first smoking, then vaping
And maybe the native American genes are helping?
I also heard he has European roots too
Also drinks lots of water
Can't be vegan and eat fish but if all you eat is fish then you're a pescatarian.

my opinion... i feel like the fact that this is called "prequel" is meant to be ironic. I feel like this video take place way in the future, well after Ronald and Watch The World Burn. He gets the suit originally from Tech in Ronald... it builds onto his skin as Tech is rapping and completes right before he sends him to hell to fight the Devil. Watch the world burn is after... and this video is ... the world is doomed... "everything falls apart" and he is forced to dust the old suit off and get back to action... just my thought on it...
I did wonder if this was a prequel to Ronald, why wasn't he already wearing the suit if this was the first time seeing it. But as you said Tech gave him the suit in the video so I was a bit conflicted about it all

When he was “crowned” and it absorbed into his head, was that him saying something to the effect of “they’ll crown you a king and control you like a puppet”? Which is why when he’s walking among the “commoners” and slowly everyone starts to follow him because that control is spreading through Ronnie.
Then once you’ve served your purpose or start to become the wiser, they crucify you as the villain and use whatever necessary to control the masses to rise against you 😐😐😐💥🧠💥
Personally this video is about his time with Escape the Fate, them all imitating what he does and then the epic fall and rebirth into Falling in Reverse

as always great reaction Cliff here is what I was able to figure out on this one there are some obvious ones you saw in it and I might have missed a couple but here you go it is the Prequel to everything he started with the Escape The Fate line which was his first band some of the music is from Popular music some vocals from Im not a vampire(operatic) the choirs in the background as well some scenes from Drugs and losing my mind songs ideas from zombified and Voice in my Head the suit from the last 2 videos and part of Voices in my head as well the cadences from several of his songs as well so it all ties together his whole artistic life is in this he is genius even things like all the hate he gets online from regular people and also from other artists he didnt hold anything back at all .
