Kindness is the strength. Nice is doormat. If we change the language, we get power.

It the content that matters, and if you take the time to hear the message, you might understand perfection is conformity to societal expectations, not the authentic acceptance of self. I’m thinking that alone is a message worth hearing. In peace and calm 🦋

Great advice, though it's read in a completely blasé tone. No real connection to the material. That's a shame. It's excellent advice.

Should men, likewise, stop being nice to women?

I say looking at the conditioning men receive on the whole to find what needs to be deconstructed. Men are not conditioned to be compliant to Women for the most part in western society, although there are always exceptions to the rule.

@@PerfectLove-h1j Males have always been taught to be extra nice to women because they are the weaker (physically) sex, and because we like them more than we do other males, and because we have been taught to protect them from dangers. So males are a lot nicer to women than they are to other men. Why can't we just be nice to each other instead of following this these man-hating feminist ideas that women should not be nice to men.

Yes absolutely, with Brene’s definition of niceness.
      Niceness and kindness are different.
We can all be kind to each other
