Seeing your commitment to this spiritual process has inspired me through my shaky phases in my spiritual journey. I wish I could also inspire you through your shaky phase. I don't know how to, but this is something that Sadhguru says which has helped me (not his exact words but he says along these lines). - You want something profound, it won't come to you without a cost, there is a price to pay. I always told myself that being called names by the society is part of the price we pay for this. I hope you find the strength to pay this price and keep going forward (and keep being our inspiration)

Yes, I can understand, this is so sad that people have no idea about yoga and spirituality and they are judging us, in ancient India, it was very normal for people to put their Guru over any of the Gods, there was a whole tradition to it but then invasions happened. Even now in India, I get comments by people and sometimes from people who're close to me, I just ignore them and continue my own thing because it's them who don't understand, I won't stop doing or change my way just because of someone don't understand what it is, unless they are willing to understand, I don't think there is any need to explain your way of life to anyone and keep practicing, Akka. @@an_inward_odyssey im glad i gave you idea :) I wonder like why do you do so much spirituality stuff, is it because you arent interested in physical world? Do you not want to get money, success, husband and have family, and just are interested in something which is beyond our physical world? Or do you still want to enjoy life on earth and in this universe but are also exploring if there is something more? Or you do it just for physical and mental wellbeing? Cos 3 hours is alot every day, you could go to nature and have fun and do so much...
What other people say, they will always say. I have been witnessing that similar situation for more than 25 years... And the people are still the same ...They talk only about job, career, profession, being rich, getting into a government job , that this kid has now become engineer ,that this kid has become a doctor, this that..... But beyond any of these things, they cannot even think....they cannot even listen to what others have to say about it....they simply get more angry when things are said about the reality of things.... If it fits into their same old talks, they will listen but when it comes to real talk of how human suffering,misery is created from within unknowingly, they get mad cos most of the things I speak challenges their beliefs and I see that they become so uncomfortable even listening for 1 min. Cos I have had enough of people's circus. And the same people, even though they live in big houses, their kids are all doing good paying decent government jobs, they are all going about having stressed out, full of misery. When I ask "..but where are you going?" They say .." oh...Stress is too much so in order to divert myself, I am going meeting some friends for a meeting.It helps me to refresh!" And I tell them " .but that is not a solution..you are just diverting for some 30/40 mins ...but you will return back again..That is not a solution but a solace.....then I start to described a few things regarding inner engineering...not the program....but the very basics of human agony, suffering and misery. But they, don't wanna listen. They simply cannot listen But they give me all sorts of advice ..about this, that.. And I am not even a kid. When I am over 30, they still give me advice like what they use to when I was 7/8 years old. I understand their love . But they are not even looking at their own lives properly,but busy giving all sorts if reaching about how ,being rich is good, being rich will make people surround you, positive thinking...and all the circus........which has never worked.....not for me ....not for them.. But they are busy like this....All the time I now laugh at it.... I somehow understand Sadhguru when he says people are so invested in their misery. I know , even myself, I take U turns in the beginning...But now, I am much more focussed, and dedicated than before.. And I am so glad I did Inner Engineering. No amount of advice or book or teaching or job or money has ever made me touch so deeply... It opened me so much that I begin to see what Sadhguru is offering.I am so grateful beyond words
Why what happened , you arent looking happy and sounds serious, please remember, as sadhguru said we can see our problems as possibity, unfavourable situtaion, people opnion all filth can be turn as manure for growth😊🙏
