- Hey, everyone. We are Sean and Pia with our three chihuahuas: Chewbacca, BobaFett and Bail Organa (with our little angels, Yoda and Jabba).
On this episode 76, we found our spot for the night at Paul Lake Provincial Park. This campground sits next to a peaceful lake and with no reservations needed as long as there are open sites.

That lake is beautiful and what a nice area to camp we havent explored camping in Canada yet but cant wait. Bail is so darn adorable what a sweetie! So glad you were able to get everything fixed with van so sad we missed you in the PNW! It is good you had Chewbacca looked at and is doing better it has been a hard fur baby year for the two of you. We also love having the tiny little babies but they due tend to get a few more health issues so glad we have them and glad they have parents that take such good care of them they make adventuring even more fun. Fantastic! This is a great episode and thanks so much for showing us the Paul Lake campground - it looks very nice. I remember we passed through Kamloops back in 2007 doing a tent camping expedition - we took a ferry up to Bella Coola and then east from there to Banff/jasper. You'r videos bring back memories of that trip! It's so magical up there - we just love the flora, fauna and mountains! Glad you guys were able to make it despite some of the early challenges. Sorry to hear about Chewbaccas condition - but we can at least take comfort in the fact that she is having the possible life with you. You guys are awesome! Take care - Bob and Dang
That's awesome we can help jumpstart those memories. We wish we were documenting more of our trips like this back then too. It really is one of the coolest places on Earth.
Do you pay in advance on the website? We are planning do the first come first serve too. Not sure how it works.
For the Provincial Parks (if not busy) we just found an empty site on the entry log and the Camp Host came around and took our cash. Pretty easy!
Is Canada X anything like Latinx?
Nope, just Roman Numeral for 10 :)
