It's pretty incredible that every week, Richard builds the best board state, convinces everyone to gang up on someone else, then wins.
I sometimes wonder if they do it unconsciously because he's the boss. Nobodies fault really, but that happens.
I become a bit predictable isnt ? Every week it the same thing
Funny enough, I used to be like Richard with my playgroup. It's just about politic-ing the board and group where you can deflect being the threat.
Two people are land screwed/have no answers, one of them was attacking the other and if anything Crim targetted Richard more than he should have safely, it's really Seth randomly getting scared of Crim that was weird.

Crim lying through his teeth turn after turn while Richard repeatedly calls out the exact counterspell fairy in hand is hilarious

@@kingfuzzy2 it's a 1/1 flyer for 2. There's a million cards that I would rather put in the deck
If it was one of the cards I drafted I'd deffo put it in my fliers deck
@@kingfuzzy2 there's a massive difference between a limited deck where anything remotely playable can make the cut and a 100 card singleton deck where you have the choice of thousands of cards.
@@quincybriley4113 I mainly put draft cards in my edh decks because I play casual commander for fun cedh is where I put my bling.

Richard is the only person who could pilot a jund list in a 4-player game and still come out on top.
Easy when you convince the rest everyone else is the threat.

Eh, legacy affinity decks play glimpse. Not quite in theme, but close enough
Glimpse is 100% an affinity card. Go watch ThrabenU's legacy affinity videos. There is an entire version of affinity built around abusing Glimpse

This game was more entertaining than the majority of the other commander games I've seem or played. To me careful resource management, threat assessment and counterplay make a more intriguing game than non stop ramp, draw sevens every turn and combo kills.
I found the incorrect threat assessment and beating up of Crim painful to watch.

This was probably one of my favorite episodes in awhile! It was great to see less commander made cards and just use the good old stuff.

I like "clash on" because it's such a bad catchphrase but I don't want the joke to be over used.

I have a “JunDH” deck that has the same premise. Jund staples throughout the years (with some EDH exceptions). It’s Ikra Shidiqi + Jeska instead of Reyhan. It’s one of my favorites.

Seth. Scars of the Veteran is the white card from Force of Will Cycle. prevents all damage to a creature and gives it X 0/1 counters where x is damage prevented.

On Pain Seer: It is not Bob, that is for sure, but it can pretty much emulate one if you have a Crew 2 or less vehicle on the field. A vehicle also helps in case of multiple Seers in that if you are low on life and only want one to resolve rather than 2, you can control which ones will trigger and choose after each draw. It even synergizes with Freed From the Real or Pemmin's Aura if you benefited from somehow drawing multiple instances on the same turn in this manner.
White's pitch spell: Scars of the Veteran. Blue's pitch spell: Force of Will.

Just a thought to piggyback that: We don't really need to see the POV player's permission box on the bottom-left corner. Both dead players' facecams might fit there comfortably. I mean, my favorite placement has been when you blew up the facecams over their unminimized battlefields, but I get that it's nice to expand the living players.
I thought this was gonna be weird but it was actually pretty fun, very nice theme for a special week

Seth being so scared of Grim, are sometimes really getting redicules... i know Crim often has counters.. but come ooon,
Its overshadowing his threat acesment, they have fun, but if i were Crim i would be a little frustrated and need a break.
Good thing thats not the case because i love the series.
See the thing that makes cream an excellent player in the game is he never gets salty about the fact that people constantly accuse him of being an a****** because he usually is one and is proud to be the arch enemy

As Seth, I would also be mad about the flat-out lying of Crim that he doesn't have the counterspell, when we all can see that he does :p

I know... I realized it right after the game. What a shame, would have been crazy to come out on top after being manascrewed the whole mid game

Poor Crim, the table just didn’t want to let him have any fun. It sucks getting stuck in games where you point out the correct plays, but the rest of the table doesn’t hear anything but kill the blue black player don’t trust them.
