I like all the porygon line and if we have to ignore stats I would have to say Z is my favorite just because of how goofy the guy is but I like all the cool stuff you can do with porygon 2 with eviolite.
I run Tri-attack, Hyper Beam, Lock on, and Zap Cannon on my shiny Porygon Z, he’s hyper trained and EV trained. He one shots everything with just Tri Attack alone. I always hated the porygon line until I used him on my team. He’s now a favorite of mine, I pair him with Shiny Metagross or Shiny Archaludon and they don’t compliment eachother, but they drop Pokémon left and right.
Burning bulkwall is just another protect. You can do it twice, but it's rare (you can get triple protect but its even rarer)

Well no, burning bulwark doesn't work on status moves like thunder wave or leech seed, protect does

When you say stab moves what do you mean
So stab is if you attack with a move the same type as your pokemon. If you hit with a stab damage move it does a little more damage!🤝🫡
