Forgotten by people who started watching football with Messi and Ronaldo (not the real one). For us who watched him in the late 90s and early 2000, he is one of the best midfielders ever.

Mendieta, grande giocatore, ma nel campionato italiano ha fallito, ricordo che le partite che aveva fatto bene sono state nel preliminare di Champions League contro i danesi, del Copenaghen, poi ricordo un palo clamoroso contro il PSV, poi più nulla, e pensare che in Spagna, nella Liga aveva vinto la scarpa d'oro. Diego Robles Gallardo te doy toda la razon ..... para mí esa "roja" tenía que girar entorno a mendieta y no conseguimos exitos por detalles como esos.
