So lovely to see this couple every single time. This comes exactly as the same time my partner and I eat our lunch together on a Sunday (we are in India). By now he has understood that the TV remote is under my control for Sunday lunch. He recently complimented this couple is no nonsense and straightforward, and seems like regular people and grown into watching you. This is big because he’s not so much into food content on YT. I thought of passing on the message to you both.
I worked in Tooley Street in 1986. Borough Market was a working fruit and veg market then. Occasionally we would start our day with a couple of pints in the Market Porter where the market traders were finishing their day
Borough market is great but has become very touristy. Many of the traders left and have set up shop in the railway arches heading down to Bermondsey. In addition there is a foodie market in the weekends called the Ropewalk which is near Maltby St and worth a visit. That is also next to what's known as the Bermondsey beer mile and has many breweries, vintners and gin distilleries.
I agree with you apart from “Borough market is Great” it used to be great! Last time I went was horrible it used to be expensive but very good food indeed now it tastes awful everything I tried last week was disgusting! How can a Thai 🇹🇭 vendor ruin a 🥭 🍚 mango sticky rice 🤯and all are extremely rude! This used to be my local market I used to go twice a week. Don’t bother all the good stuffs have gone full of greedy vendors selling crap it’s a shame it used to be so good😢
Hobbs which does pulled pork and Greek style wraps next to the pub is one of the only remaining good places to get something to eat relatively cheap. The Black Pig sandwiches are also excellent although the queue can put me off sometimes
I’ve never been blown away at Borough Market but I’m glad you guys enjoyed it 😊 there’s many hidden gems in the form of street food in London and you’ve inspired us to go look for more!
Loved this - I used to work around the corner from Borough Market in the early 2000's, great food and love the area. This was a nostalgic watch for me.
Well thats the way to spend a morning, cruising round Borough picking out yummy food and stuffing yourself, I liked that you just got on with the Vlog in Borough Market rather than trying to visit everywhere foody in London, I thought the Vlog was more focused and better for it. Great work and thanks for the content.
Welcome to London!!! Been loving your channel for a while now - keep living the dream which I (and I'm sure others) live through you guys! Did you also visit Maltby Street Market - it's towards Bermondsey and definitely worth a visit!
Welcome (back) to London! Love the market, and all the really good foodie places in and around it-especially Hawksmoor at 6:45, one of my favourite places for lunch.
Guys enjoy the sun, as it's crap down south, then again maybe after you've uploaded this video your back home, Anyways, Sicilian Food, when it comes to Italian, it's the best , remember believe or not, best Food italian, (Sicilian ) I've ever had was in Germany, but traditional Sicilian. Enjoy the sun and good foods guys.
i love everything you folks make. i did go to London once back in 2000, all i remember eating is the continental breakfast. if you haven't seen the Key and Peele continental breakfast sketch you kind of need to
I worked round the corner from the market for 6 years and still never tried everything. Great place! Easy to very quickly blow £50 on stuff to take home
1st place I go whenever I visit London. I dont buy a lot, and best time to go is later on Saturday, get the best bread for a £1 so it doesnt go to waste! The mushroom pate from Pate Moi is my favorite splurge.
Those strawberries are so expensive. Please go to Marks and Spencer and get a box of their Red Diamond strawberries and King cherries and see what british berries in season can really taste like! They are teuly amazing.
Was there just a few months ago. Very busy as always. Particularly the queue for the mussels! But I love it. Bought a couple of steaks! Had to arrange a second mortgage. So much more expensive these days. Oh, I'm an ex-pat Scot, now Aussie, lived in OZ the last 30 years.
One of the BEST places in London. The Tower, Tower Bridge..... it's awesome when they open it. Used to be a lot of pickpockets.....feeling something slide quickly down your bumcheek is VERY disconcerting. You whip around and fast as you can and see.....a sea of ordinary people. Wallet in the shirt pocket, money in sweaty belt around your waist.
Loving the vlog guys. Was there last year and ate at the same places. Was so good. Get down to Camden Market if you get the time. Was sick aswell. Keep smashing it 🔥
back in 2003 I visited Borough market chasing an experience from Jamie Oliver's The Naked Chef. It was a cheese shop Jamie bought from so I visited it. Bought myself some "Stinky Bishop". Had to ride the tube to Rainham Essex. The cheese smell was so overpowering that I got a seat all to myself. 👃
Omg, I’m planning to go to Europe in the next year, Italian cooking vacay with a stop in London. I will definitely stop at Borough Market and eat a swathe across it!
So weird to see Andy in a collar! Looking forward to this one. Scotland next time please 😃😃 I’m def going to head down to that market though. Also love love love the las Ramblas food market in Barcelona. For what that mushy n truffle Risotto probably cost, I’d be wanting a chair with it.
These vids are always a joy, but this is particular treat as you're in my homeland. I hope you got the chance to pop up to Birmingham and try out your pronunciation of "stunning". BTW ... Wild mushroom risotto with truffles ... in Shoreditch. A bit bougie? YA THINK?! 🤣
Omg! @Clickfortaz has uploaded 1month ago the video 'I tried london's favourite food spots with Moon' (very chaotic video but very funny). She went to this market as well and I immediately saved it in my Google Maps. So I am very happy to see that you are very enthusiastic about this market as well! Now I HAVE to go there!!😅❤
UK suasage roll = pork (as are 99% of UK sausages). Aussie sausage roll = beef (as are 90% of Aussie sausages.) I actually first noticed this at Maccas (don't hate me), as the Sausage & egg muffin is completely different (pork vs beef) between UK and Oz.
broski i felt full to the brim watching you eat all that grub. how are you walking around with that much food in you??? edit: just as i sent this comment, Auntie Babe said there's always a second stomach for desert. FAIR ENOUGH!
Malaysian dishes are way better than in Singapore. Singapore was Part Of Malaysia up till 1963. So Malaysua is the original Real deal for nasi lemak, kaya toast and coddled eggs. Come to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
Borough used to be great but now it is one big tourist trap selling overpriced rubbish - chief among the overpriced cr&p are the chocolate covered strawberries
Wondered what he was doing with her. But then he's bought a new top as felt self self-conscious of a little stain. Guess that confirms she is his beard.

Natural, honest style of filming. Like vlogs used to be. Keep them coming.
Andy!!! Put a ring on your girl's finger. She is a treasure. x
Not everyone needs to get married… 😊
I worked in Tooley Street in 1986. Borough Market was a working fruit and veg market then. Occasionally we would start our day with a couple of pints in the Market Porter where the market traders were finishing their day
That's the only thing I focus on when I go to London all the foodie spots love the selection and all the different markets ❤

This... all day long. Borough market is a shadow of its former self. Never the same after the refurb... the guys in Bermondsey arches are great

Sounds like the story of the Sydney Fish Market ☹
Babe is so stylish and Andy's new shirt makes him look like he's a part of a chain gang in the American south. 😅
From now on, Andy will be known as André - Gringo Cholo
I’ve never been blown away at Borough Market but I’m glad you guys enjoyed it 😊 there’s many hidden gems in the form of street food in London and you’ve inspired us to go look for more!

Oh my! The Ginger Pig sausage rolls are to die for 😋😋
Way to go guys! Educational as well as interesting. Keep it up

Agree, that market and whole area is great
You two were made for the screen - love your work!
I absolutely love that place!
Thanks for sharing!
Used to train up from Southampton to go to that market. Wonderful. Lunch was always a salt beef roll.
Welcome (back) to London! Love the market, and all the really good foodie places in and around it-especially Hawksmoor at 6:45, one of my favourite places for lunch.

I totally snack on those crispy anchovies. They are yummy.
you guys got very lucky, weather-wise.

Black Pig pulled pork ciabattas are exceptional ! Good to see it covered here.
I love Borough Market. I always get half a dozen oysters and a glass of prosecco for breakfast when I go 😊
Everyone check out the awesome collab between Andy & Auntie Liz @ Chef Elizabeth Haigh of Mei Mei- outstanding!
Hi Andy and Babe , welcome to London 🇬🇧
Enjoy Borough Market 🥨🥩🌮🌰🍕🍲🥗🥣🍠
That's a good one 👍
Keep posting guys. Love the daggy shirts too. Style!! 👌🏼

Love going through markets like this. Always too much food and not enough room to fit it in🤣
nice one stepping outside the comfort zone to do a vlog on the street style, food looks great. You guys are rocking the london style outfits
Omg welcome back to London.
you are great! thank you

Borough market is great - glad you enjoyed it. Portabello Rd next time ....
0:38 just a little bit different for the vlog. Just fly half way round the world and film some things and stuff. Super chill!
Loving the vlog guys. Was there last year and ate at the same places. Was so good. Get down to Camden Market if you get the time. Was sick aswell. Keep smashing it 🔥

I love the fact that you got to check out some of my fav plase there

Welcome back to England!

Woooah, don’t be dissing Greggs sausage rolls 😂 The breakfast chorizo roll at Borough is amazing.
When Andy put his sausage roll on the ledge I thought he was bringing in the tommy sauce 😂
looks like England resides in Andy. Good vlog just do more of it :)
You look good on yellow chef
No way, my friend and I were there yesterday!
Hope you guys had a chance to go to School of Wok in Covent Garden!
Whoaaa, picked a bit of a week to come back to Blighty.
Carry a Tide pen for cleaning up drips on clothes. Works like a charm!
It does my OCD in to think of how much good food goes in the bin on these market food tours...
These vids are always a joy, but this is particular treat as you're in my homeland. I hope you got the chance to pop up to Birmingham and try out your pronunciation of "stunning". BTW ... Wild mushroom risotto with truffles ... in Shoreditch. A bit bougie?
YA THINK?! 🤣
This is cool. You seem like normal people and not lunatics which everyone will appreciate.

I tried the Hainan Chicken at Mei Mei - Borough Market, it was very bland. The Wild Mushroom Risotto place is awesome, highly recommended.
I need the eton mess donut. GOOD LORD.
did you go to any of fallows restaurants while in london?
Where did Katelyn get her sunglasses? I love them
Youse gonna do a riot special
Working class Brit cannot afford their inflated prices.
Well said!
Im so shocked that andy isnt just in black like normal. Nice change mate. Hope to see u in different clothes more often.
Kate kinda looks like Jackie Kennedy in that outfit
Should have gone to Bao. Really interesting Taiwanese food
I am so upset for you re: the kaya toast. Kaya = life 😊
B*gger- I'd have bought y'all a pint if I knew you were there! Great channel. Love Borough Market. Enjoy your stay.
I was there wednesday
That would involve going to London; no thank you. I'm a country boy😅

I want to know what brand Andy’s yellow and white shirt is 🫡🫡
Aw right geezer be lucky
That's the full sentence
I'm like you Chef, I wear black shirts because I spill food on myself
broski i felt full to the brim watching you eat all that grub. how are you walking around with that much food in you???
edit:
just as i sent this comment, Auntie Babe said there's always a second stomach for desert. FAIR ENOUGH!
You’re both so slim especially Babe how do you do it eating all that food!!
Strawberries, fresh pouring cream and freshly cracked black pepper. Not chocolate.
Nasi lemak come malaysia
Malaysian dishes are way better than in Singapore. Singapore was Part Of Malaysia up till 1963. So Malaysua is the original Real deal for nasi lemak, kaya toast and coddled eggs. Come to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
Borough used to be great but now it is one big tourist trap selling overpriced rubbish - chief among the overpriced cr&p are the chocolate covered strawberries
Do you still think England is London?
You should not leave Uk without trying Fish and Chips
£4.50 for one donut 😂
Seems a bit cheap to me!
@@CarlBurtons probably cost about 50p to make
Not cheap in these markets
Might need some digestive enzymes from Josh
Malaysian food > Singaporean food
Posh sausage rolls aren’t good.
Had all the fancy posh sausage rolls and a Greggs IS better.
Borough market is overrated crap !! Go there but just remember it is hyped up crap.
Wondered what he was doing with her.
But then he's bought a new top as felt self self-conscious of a little stain.
Guess that confirms she is his beard.
blue van man youtube channel
Did you leave the gun before taking a cannoli? 😉🤌 Nice video, have a nice trip you two!
