Dividends are useful for older ppl with a lot of money who aren’t looking for growth but need regular income. There is a place for all these models in a healthy market.

Do you think the draw down will even reach 30 % draw down if the BSR does happen , that alone would absorb so much selling. that it almost negates the usual draw down at the end of 4 year cycle.
They do include groceries, utilities, etc in the basket of goods used to compute the CPI. Saying incorrect information that does not include those things cast doubts on the other things you’re saying.
Take the number of bitcoin they own. Add an amount of bitcoin you think they’ll buy between now and when bitcoin hits $1mm. Multiply by $$1mm. Apply a multiple of NAV… your guess is as good as mine. That’s your answer.
@bramk Horrible analogy. World of difference between dividing a tangible asset down to a non-usable & non-practical cellular level & simply slapping unlimited zeros onto an intangible digital asset.
@bramk Okay, but it was a joke similarly made by those who desperately try to hang onto the notion that Bitcoin is a limited asset. Bitcoin is just a greater-fool Ponzi scheme that collapses when the continued propping up (e.g., MicroStrategy) becomes unfeasible & there are no more greater fools.

I think max daw down MAYBE 50%

other mutual funds and index funds like vtsax already have mstr positions in they’re holdings . So inclusion in sp500 is not as big as some think
