You should have chosen a higher position. At least 10m above the surrounding area.A small hillock or hill with a bald peak. This way the wave propagation is much better. The remote control signal works better.
Reboot or shut the remote off for 11 seconds or more, that will 100% trigger RTH... But if you are getting random sporadic connections with it within that 11 seconds it will not trigger the return to home and start that 11 second timer over again... so in other words to get to come home for sure and not reconnect with a crappy signal to stop the auto return home is to shut the remote off for a minute until a drone gets closer and you get a halfway to a single on it, and as others have mentioned the antennas are better on the backside of it but the Drone also goes into a sort of battery saving mode and drops the voltage to the video Transmission in order to save battery for the motors to get home.... it might seem a little counterintuitive but if your remote is just turned off and still getting random connections to the Drone it's going to come home much slower and let it come home are closer to home. Then turn the remote back on after a minute and you'll be back in range and things will be good it's actually a lot more efficient for the Drone with the remote off because it's not getting those sporadic signals and start a timers over again and stuff
same here - I think almost 2 miles is as far as I ever got with my Mavic or with my Mini Air - no idea how people do these flights where it is 6 miles away.
11,000 meters is the farthest I got, Ive tried a few times but the drone always wants to return back. I could push it but don't want to lose the drone. I use a 4 g network so range of the controller is not a problem. In the countryside it maybe a problem though.
IT gets scary really fast if you lose connection AND have strong winds. Almost lost my Air 3 after flying 2.5 miles and lost RC connection somehow. It didn'T want to return on it's own due to strong winds. I was lucky I got some intervals with no wind so it could return.
Sheesh how many times was it disconnected ? I mean lost signal ? 2 times or 3 times? 1st time seeing no signal or the aircraft and the Rc are not connected anymore , that was scary for me , i may be panicking a bit in there tsk . Good thing it reconnected on its own right ?
Record from the controller, not the drone. Pull down from the top and select screen recorder. You can even plug in a USB Mic to get audio while you're recording.
Finally, someone with metrics! ❤
The antennas in the back of the drone are better than the ones when it faces you.
You think they would fix that and put antennas all over the drone internally
exactly and they did just that@@FrankieBagz

yes
That was a close one!
Here are some tips: Turn off the sensors and always charge the battery before takeoff.
Thank you, I will raise the distance further.
why turn off the sensors?

Extremely grateful for this video
Amat sangat bermanfaat sekali (MANTAB)😊
Gaaaaass 😂

If you don't have one of those smart controllers and you are just using the rc n2 conteoller how to u activate cruise control
What controller did you use? RC2 or RC-N2?
Very great and keep it up
what's the point to flight 500m high?
I managed 4600 meters with dji mini 2 se. Nice bro
8km mini3pro 🔱
Line of sight I can Only get 3 km and that doubled already from drone tweeks
Normally only 1,5 km. So I don’t know how you do this

مانوع جهاز تحكم لديك اعطني اسمه هل هوا RC2 ام ماذا وشكرآ لك الفيديو الممتاز شكرا
nice
Where did you fly this?
Is it a country with European rules, that is, flying in CE mode, or a country with US rules, that is, flying in FCC mode?
Laos bro.
Crazy long range test!
This vid put my anxiety through the roof!
amazing job continou like that
Battery backup kya hai😊😊😊
keren
Nice

If signal is lost the drone will return to home, nothing to be worried about. When the signal is back you'll have full control again
How do you show the speed and elevation?
Record from the controller, not the drone. Pull down from the top and select screen recorder. You can even plug in a USB Mic to get audio while you're recording.
nice video!fcc or ce mode?
Which controller u hav
RC2 bro and I climbed to the roof to get higher ^^
11km not bad
X2
Hi we are you from
Hi..i am from Laos.
@@ltqkiet I am from India
Bro how did you do this? Mine only does 3000m
Notice how at some point when about to lose signal, he takes it higher up...that really helps a lot...
Are you flrunning CE power or FCC power?
CE mode only use for European market bro. All things of this dji air 3 come on original.
Is this fcc or ce the question is easy?

Thats funny because I might get 2 miles before losing signal
you probably aren't going up as high as him and he has a wife open space.
11000 meters there and back is 22km not 24.
Yes, not 24km
Very nice for the illegal delivery :) i liked it
Itu rf drone sama remotnya di beri booster
Can you give an example of how it works with a booster?
I understand why, but sending it to over 1200' AGL was very dangerous...just saying, good save.
that’s impressive
pilot the best
This is very funny footage.👍👍👍
Here in Japan, we can fly above 150m below.
You flight 3times japanease regulation.😆😆
4 times normal regulation which is 120m
We can fly 1000 m in my region.
Imagine if he had the cellular dongle
Gajian otw beli 😂🤣
I was worried about him :)
11 km
Reckless Altitude. Putting manned aircrafts at risk. Guys like these is endangering the future of responsible drone pilots.
I see 11km only 😢
🤣 editor
我最远飞过24km
22 km round trip is really good, right? Impossible 😂😂😂 hoax
It does even more !

am i the only one who half expected a car to run over the drone in the intro scene before it took off???? in need a break from the internet.😅
In need of an optometrist
You sure are lol
Complément hors la loi 👎🏻
