For something so simple , refreshing and distressing the picture frame made a huge impact!!! Love the result of removing the varnish on the small tier tray also!!!❤

spray your piece with oven cleaner, set out on sun, works like a charm to strip.
Yes I have used that but didn’t have as good results as stripper

Love the wood slice. I actually have a coffee table made from a wood slice about 4 feet by 3 feet. Got the piece from a dear friend it was in his grandfather's wood shop. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Upcycling is about giving another chance to what we already have or even transforming the garbage into something useful, not in going to spend and bring more things home, sticking the lid on the base of a jar is not Upcycling, it would have been better to transform a can of tuna into that same utensil without spending don't you think?
She already had the lid and she "upcycled" it into a base. The tuna can is a good idea but not nearly as pretty as the embellished container, and wouldn't we have to "buy" the tuna? 😊
I like his videos and his proposal of Upcycling but they would be much better if I wasn't talking all the time, I have a hard time finishing watching a video, it overwhelms me so much blah blah blah I get a migraine. it would be better music 🥺🙏
