I type the prompt but it says "this app can't run on your pc" I tried to run the app compatibility in properties of the setup app but the compatibility only goes up to Windows 8 and doesn't work any help would be appreciated

For those who are having trouble in the last part.
How to install Microsoft Office:
1. Open Command Prompt (CMD) Administrator Mode
2. Enter "d: (directory)" if in another drive, changing direction in the same drive use "cd (directory)" instead.
3. Enter "setup /configure configuration.xml".
4. Wait and finish.
This video is really helpful, we need more like this.

Needed to make a comment! This worked perfectly! I had to uninstall my previous version as it wouldn't uninstall and reinstall this, but once I figured that out it was a smooth process. No need for a subscription anymore :)

@ENG-SCH I managed to run everything and the popping message says “ we found a problem “ we can’t continue because we weren’t able to download a required file. Please make sure you’re connected to the internet or connect to a different network, then try again.

I did. Before I this I was getting a different error saying I should first uninstall Microsoft office 365 en. They I watched the second video about troubleshooting, I did that too. But I’m still getting error but this time it’s about what I have stated above ⬆️

The download worked for me on windows 11, however it says the product key is not activated. Thats the difficult part, getting office to activate hence this video was not very helpful for me.

At first there's some error after typing 'setup.exe /configure configuration.xml' in cmd so I had to uninstalled all office 365 first then I tried again and it worked! Thank you.
