- Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA) Convention 2019 featuring Hezekiah Walker LFC Reunion Live Concert at Hilton Hotel International Ballroom August 2nd Washington DC: I Will Go in Jesus' Name, Calling My Name, I’ll Make It, Clean Inside, Lord Will Make a Way Somehow
The lighting in the Ballroom and me not being totally familiar with my camera phone made it challenging to get a great and consistent recording. I tried various filters to smooth over the rough spots. I hope I have done justice to the one of the greatest talents on earth, Bishop Hezekiah Walker.

Kervy Brown STILL amazes me. I always wanted to sing lead on that song in my Church. I sound nothing like him........which scared the bejesus out of me!!!!!! But this song speaks to me.

I have never seen and experienced another church like Lft. I will always love my spiritual father. Miss Lft. Will always be grateful for this church. Greatest songs!! And service was awesome. Those were the days you can be in church for 5 hours and dont even realize it. Lol
And the spirit was there so u didn't care

Thank you for posting some GMWA footage, haven't been in 20 years, doesn't seem that long, but it has been, & of course Hez & LFC Choir are my peeps! Grace and peace!
Because of the pandemic there was no GMWA convention and I really missed the event, the music, and seeing an abundance friends from across the country that I only saw once a year. It appears there will not be one this year. Hopefully next year will be different.

He didn't used to be. He was very skinny lol but yes over the past few years he's gained
rachelmm05 Yep! I never thought that Monique would put on weight but she has. Age can do that to some of us 😆🤣
Age, worry, medication, inactive, etc, just a few things that attribute to weight gain. This is why mother taught us very young to not question people’s weight gain so many reasons some can be controlled and others cannot.

I was there and experienced God's presence while they were ministering. No one is perfect and God forgives and looks past imperfections when people ministering have been washed in the blood. All people who minister are not perfect and do their best to minister. That includes you, me, and everyone else. They are having a good time ministering and it does not mean they are worldly. Enjoy praising God with singing, dancing, tambourines, shouting, cheering, waving hands, crying, Do it all.
WOD many of the R&B singers from the 90's and 2000 came from this choir right here the lead singer for Guy and so on. This is the first Love for many.

Sorry but watching this video doesn’t make anyone the gospel police on the hearts of the choir singing. It’s a blessing that the females aren’t showing thighs & cleavage and the songs actually make sense & represent God more than most singers that you see & hear nowadays. #ijs
