turns out this was a lie and it was not the best selling game on ps5
This game was so refreshing. 32 GBs, not one glitch or crash in 3 playthroughs, and absolute no microtransactions! Let’s go Korea! Heck of a first attempt. Story is lacking and voice actors but they admit that themselves as developers. Very cool.
Two playthroughs in and I got one glitch but I suspect it’s because they were uploading the newest patch while I was playing (computers get weird like that) and it resolved itself.
Looks meh graphic wise as it runs low fps if u want a clear imagine but 30 fps is a no no

Eve is a female character that just has an aura of femininity and i love it. Everything from her design with her sword as a hair accessory, long ponytail, her double jump animations, her Lara Croft style climbing handstand animation, etc. This is the kind of female character i want to see.
Sadly it bombed. Skull and Bones and Rise of the Ronin outsold it.

I loved this games so much I had got the platinum not even a week after it had came out and man honestly my fav part was speed running new game plus don’t know why it just was but loved it and really hope they do a sequel glad you had fun with it to can’t wait for next video

Stellar Blade is my number 2 favorite game of all-time. 10/10 My favorite game is not even out yet, but will be in 2025, that game being Crimson Desert. 10/10 Both games are made by South Korean companies, who are becoming a force to reckon with in gaming and gaming standards. Imma be honest, the one thing i regret almost the most in my life is when i bought a Xbox one s back in 2018 for Red Dead 2 and sticked to it until Fall last year... Playstation is sooooooo much better in every sense!!! The Controller has a 100x better quality than the fucking cheap Xbox pieces of sh*t...had to replace my elite v2 controller 18 times in almost 4 years and every controller i own is crackling out of the box...and i think we dont even have to talk about games...xbox gets Bugfield with 2005 graphics and 30fps while PS got god of war ragnarok, stellar blade, horizon, spider man and so on. I just wished i was on Playstation all the time! What a waste of my Life 😭😭😭

Bosss challenge hard mode in minimal mode is INSANE
Stellar Blade is indeed one of the best games I've ever played. While it doesn't match the level of Elden Ring, I do believe it's also not a good idea to copy the boss formula of it. As you all know: "Trying to please everyone is not gonna make your game sell". Stellar Blade is fine on it's own. And while it's not what you call a "Perfect" game, it's awesome enough on it's own. We need more games with no microtransactions and that every costumes are unlockable like Stellar Blade. EVE is definitely a beautiful and sexy character, but the more your play it, the less you pay attention to her assets and more on her amazing personality, kindness, adorable (those poses whenever she finds a soda can are just wholesome), charm and quirkiness. You can have a sexy character, but if that character is bland and uninteresting, the character is just gonna totally flop. That's the one thing the gaming medias don't get. A sexy character is great, but if that sexy character has blank personality, it's gonna fail much like real-life beautiful women. You can be the most beautiful woman in the world, but if your overall inner traits suck, you're just another uninteresting woman.

One of my most favorite games of this year no question story was really good characters were good everything is very solid in this game and we're still getting support for it
Fantastic video. My favourite part about the game as I played it was a point you made yourself. It feels like a ps2 era game as if it were made with today's tech. No political statements, no microtransanctions, hot characters. This is what games are supposed to be, great job Shift Up.

My only complaint is no manual save slots. Otherwise the game is flawless. Can't believe a 32gb file with not one damn bug/ glitch even when you're jumping where you don't belong and solid frame rate. Other Devs take notes!
You sir are a true game journalist kudos and great job on this review. Loved the fishing "Can I pet that dawg??!!" Bit made me nearly cough up my food. But me as not a true souls gamer myself, I have to say I find some of the fighting challenging and I love it as I continue to progress eve and get purchase abilities that the game gets easier. I don't want to spend 3 months playing a game to beat it, when I have other games to get to. I love final fantasy rebirth but it ticks me off with all the mini games, so yo me shift up did a great thing with this game and I can't wait to see what new updates come to stellar blade in the near future.

Damn glitches
On normal difficulty it is too easy so I unlocked hard mode and not new game + it was really challenging. New game plus is fun for outfits but just too bloody easy. I wish there was some way that you could start a new game and just keep the outfits not the All the upgrades. But it is what it is and that it is a really fun game I am really hoping that they do some DLC.
15:26 Fun fact, the CEO of Shift Up confirmed it was the developers choice to censor the outfits, not Sony. But even then, the fact that people tried to boycott, refund, and protest about the game just because of a little bit of censorship even though they were praising Eve for her body never fails to be annoying and honestly, thank God, people still ended up loving the game

This game is better than I thought. Shift Up got my interest from the trailer.
I agree with the majority, this a 9/10 folks. Story is the only thing that i can see being massively improved moving forward, every other foundation has been nailed and if they manage to make it better and add more in a sequel or prequel or whatever then yeah, easiest 10/10 they could get. I too expected the combat to be faster, it can be if you're good enough, but anyway this is my preference anyway. Instead of mindless combat there's some thought you need to put in here, just like how it is with Furi or Sekiro. Play this if you haven't already
Was the blood content/ gore censored? I've played and really enjoyed the demo, however the combat in the full game seems to be censored somewhat. I'm only gauging from other people playing on TH-cam. Could you Newtro confirm this? Thanks 👍👍
