we've had over 60 Explorers, Expeditions and Navigators in our fleet since the early 2000s, and almost every single one of them exceeded 200k with very few issues besides standard maintenance. on top of that, they are FAR superior to any GM or Toyota product when it comes to ride quality. extremely smooth. eventually we sell 'em off for around 6k once they hit 225k, so they are by far the best option.
you're hilarious and soooooo original. we've had over 60 Explorers, Expeditions and Navigators in our fleet since the early 2000s and almost every single one of them exceeded 200k with very few issues besides standard maintenance. on top of that, they are FAR superior to any GM or Toyota product when it comes to ride quality. extremely smooth. but yeah, i guess you're clever cuz 1 letter changd to a "d" makes it oh so funny.

I wonder why Ford didnt use modified versions of the Panther V8 in these. It was one of the most reliable engines on the planet.
They did lol. This is a 4 valve 5.4. its closely related to the Ford 4.6 and 5.4 modular V8s as well as the 6.8 V10. Same engine family.
Машина то что надо , владею 20 лет , супер
Apart from tech, what was the point of picking this over the 2003 Lexus LX470 or 2004 Infiniti QX56?
Lower cost to own maybe. And lower price
The QX56 looks like a minivan on steroids
Bigger than the Lexus
The '03 Navigator has much better interior fit and finish than the QX56.
I'll give you 3 reasons:
