Aw I've been to shell island twice last year, and the first time ever going I took my duvet! in April Hahahaha, I was FREEZING luckily someone gave us a spare sleeping bag while we were there and both me and my partner had an amazing time, other than freezing but I still love it, we went again in June this time with a double sleeping bag we bought lol and was much warmer. we're heading back again in April with friends and then again in August. gotta love this place. Your videos are propper getting me excited for going lol
Oh thank you for the kind words... been going all my bloody life ! 36 years. When the sun is out its such a nice place. Few drinks and a bbq . My kids now love it. Yeah we will back in summer some time. Hope you enjoy it.
@@DRvids630 what we usually do is take a few snacks or noodles just in case we're hungry on arriving as we usually drive the whole way without stopping, so from wigan, it's like a 3-hour drive almost haha but we don't take a lot just so we can get more camping stuff into the car without all the food taking up room, then we go shopping in Barmouth to get our shopping :)
