Bhai, Main nai sunna hai or kuch zamindar wallay kahtay hai kay Islamabad main houses ki lands waghaira sab Py Padda hai, lands waghaira registered nahi hai or future pay such bhi Ho sakhta hai. Kiya yeh sach hai. Warna tho ma 101% Islamabad ma yag gair kharidna chahta hu.
The house is only of 7 Marla.I think thats why they have small washrooms.The only defect I saw in this house is that they don't have any space left in the kitchen for keeping fridge.Apart from that I liked the design of the house
