I am from india.i started doing all these things at 28 years age recently.this video is very helpful and informative for me.i was doing a lot of mistake so now I will work to fix them.
Thank you this helped with my front Flip I was to land them on a mat but then I could not land it anymore but watching this video again will help me learn the front Flip and land it on mat again and then hopefully doing on the ground!
hi I just got into tricking at 46 years old and I wanna thank you for the guidance. this is probz the best tutorial in terms of the technique re. chest being straight. I will try this tomorrow with my daughter
Thanks man I could barely land a front flip I landed it like 20 percent out of the time and I thought it was my tucking but then I watched this and I have a good one now
Sick video man, I really enjoyed it. That front with your hands behind your back is crazy. I was doing backflips with my hands like that in my gym and I also did backflip 360 no hands.
@@maxwellasf7334 I'm actually not great at them myself! I keep the technique really similar but it's just practice and learning when you need to open out. I struggle with it too tho
Now im working on my backflips and i watched your backflip tutorial a bunch of times and i always end up landing on my knees 😁😁 Edit: it also hurts on grass
I can't find a hill on our place but i tried to do a backflip off something and it worked.. I can do a backflip from ground to matt and i sorta land it, fear is blocking me to try it again on grass since the time i landed on my knees
hi bro❤ I've been trying to learn the front flip for the past 3 days. my problem is that i always land on my lower back/butt.its so frustrating 😤. i think my chest drops and blocking is not good but i can't attempt the right technique! it's too scary 😥
I totally understand man, keep at it! It just gets a little easier over time until it finally starts to click. Confidence and having some kind of mat or sand can be really useful to try remove some of the fear so you can really give it 100%
@@AngusUren yeah thank you so much man! ❤ appreciate your reply😊. i was thinking to give up today cause i was getting angry but now i saw your reply and feel confident 💕thank you!!
@@shehryar8bp I'm so glad! Trust me 3 days to learn a front flip is sooo short, it took me much much longer than that but was so worth it when it finally gets easy. Keep watching videos of yourself and find what the biggest things you can work on are. 💪💪💪
@@AngusUren Thank you so much for the motivation ❤ you know i am doing much better than people do at day 3 but still it was demotivating. gonna watch your and mine videos to get better! god bless you ❤
Just experienced how important it is to not stomp your feet in the ground when you're jumping. I always did that when i frontflipped and it hurts. The last time I did it, I fractured my knee and dislocated the kneecap. Should have seen this video earlier
Exactly! It's no different from doing a box jump from a running start, when you see people do them they would never 'stomp' into it, its always a light and powerful step
Hey man! Definitely don't have to block! But it really helps convert your forward momentum into upward momentum. If you get loads of height and a rapid take off you don't need to tuck that much, some people make it look so so easy without even tucking. I Definitely focus on my run up and take off the most
@@AngusUren yea bro cause I jump really high lol Nd when I jump for basketball which I don’t really play but when I go to dunk I jump off one so blocking was kinda weird cause when u jump of one u don’t really block u just jump and I think I could do it with a run up and. Jump u think it would work tho
@@surreal_feelins ahh sick yeah I get you. Watch some slow motion box jumps and 2 foot dunks and you might see the same blocking technique, they will still reach their feet forward to get height. If you don't block you can totally still do it if you can jump high, just means you might travel forward more.
@@AngusUren bet yea I seen them blocking in two foot jumping videos when I was learning to jump that’s how I made the connection but I couldn’t block for crap so I said screw it and started jumping off one lol when i try to block and jump with two I can never get high enough 😂
Great to see this vid still gets some views! reply with a suggestion for more tutorials :)
Also make one tutorial for Handstand
could you do a tutorial on the sideflip
@@anshkohli9566 I was thinking about it! I'll start planning something and thanks for the suggestion 😊

The blocking thing is new to me lol it’ll take me a while to get used to that
It will honestly add so much height once you get the hang of it! Hard at the start but just keep tweaking it 🙏
Nice video! But can you give me some tips to make front flip in high
Hey thanks for the comment! Do you mean front flips from a height? Such as off a wall or something

Ooof backs are so hard, can you find a small hill to practice on if you haven't already? Can give lil more height to get to feet!
I can't find a hill on our place but i tried to do a backflip off something and it worked.. I can do a backflip from ground to matt and i sorta land it, fear is blocking me to try it again on grass since the time i landed on my knees
