    A quick summary:
    - Get better sleep (6-8 hours)
-Eat healthier and less processed food
-Have a clear goal (has to mean something to you)
-Work towards where you want to be in 10 years
-Reduce your dopamine (cut down on games, sugary foods, social media etc.)
-Have a general guideline for a routine (can turn into habits eventually)
-Be in an environment that is comfortable and helps you get inspired (cafes, hotel lobbies, restaurants etc.)
-Categorize things to be more efficient (gmail labels etc.)

I've taken over my health this year, lost 60+ pounds, been working on my mental health as well, ive been literally doing everything to make my life better basically. I just cut out nicotine, I have a huge drive to workout, and to make it. I'm so fkn motivated, but the nicotine was holding me back, I cut it out and i've had my most productive week yet.

Honestly this video helped me out a lot. I woke up at 4 am and did an early morning run. After, I showered. Immediately after that, I got on TH-cam to check my recent video I upload because I am fairly new to TH-cam and I want to start doing videos on TH-cam. When I got on TH-cam, I saw your video. The title alone gravitated me to click it. Job well done on that. I watched the entire video and it was great, meaningful, with a ton of substance. Thank you for that. I definitely subscribed after. One last thing, for a new TH-camr like myself, is there any advice you can give me in terms of creating videos, cameras, mics, editing and etc I can apply to my channel? Any piece of advice will be great!!

PSA: if you are going to fall asleep with candles, make sure there is enough ventilation, carbon monoxide poisoning is very real and can happen. it's also not smart to fall asleep with a candle on

Meditation, cold showers, and reading aren’t necessary however… if you look at the wealthiest people there is a common denominator of reading. From a neurological perspective meditation (even just 5 min) is the best thing you can do to your body apart from exercising. Cold showers release dopamine and energize you while working on your mental strength.
Your body has a battery that must be recharged. While these aren’t necessary of course (nothing is necessary if you think about it) they sure do help

    I'm productive af naturally.
1- Adhd with natural energy n the need to keep moving
2- natural drive n determination to pursue more n be better
Only thing I'm working on in honing on being ultra productive (scheduling/organization is my weakness) to fit in everything that i want to do😆

I can do all of this I had done it. The hard part for me is how to schedule and prioritise the time with my family and my girlfriend. They are important to me. It is hard to keep up with your productivity that you talked in the video while you should spend lot time with your close ones. I am not complaining I am just asking for help. Should I make the time with my girlfriend and my family shorter but put more quality in it or I should do something else. It is hard because you want to see them and you miss them and even if you make through that, you can’t make it through the fact that you disappoint them and make them feel unwanted because you want to spend a little more time for your productivity and not with them.
