We still have a more modern A&W in our area but the one with car hops closed a number of years back unfortunately. It was such a fun experience and that location had been there since I was a kid in the 70’s. And on top of that the food was really good there.

I definitely think drive-Ins are the coolest, I live on the border of Kentucky and Tennessee and there's still a old drive-in that still functions, the cool part is it's actually in a corn field. Me and my friends as well as my family usually go on the warmer days of the seasons

They give you a speaker when you arrive to place in your car which plays the films audio. (So saves you using your car battery to tune in) Then serve you food & drinks. The trouble is, they are always sold out of tickets, you have to book a long time in advance. Anyways Looking forward to your christmas video & the one after that where we will hear your top 10 favourite movies.

We’re lucky to still have a couple drive in restaurants around here, though one is just the Sonic franchise. Sadly we lost our last drive in movie theater about 15 years ago. I only remember seeing a few movies there as a kid, but it was a fun time. :) Thanks for another great video!

I was born in the 90’s but I love everything about the 60’s! All we have now in California close to that is Sonic’s lol . We still have a Drive in 20 minutes away in Madera. I remember going to the drive in in 98 and watched American Pie with a cousin🙄 that was a movie a 8 year old had no business watching 😂

Best restaurant to go to in the 70 with the waitress comes out to take your family’s order and then bring your food on a try hook it on your window of your car KFC was nice it had drive through and you could park and eat Best time to live in. Now sort of lol Take care
