I did my plant chores yesterday..repotted my Gasteria aloe into a Taleveria pot...painted some rocks for my succulent arrangements..and added fresh soil to my pothos and Aglonemmia plants. Its so relaxing!!!
I keep alcohol in a fine mist sprayer and when I see mealy bugs I spray the whole plant. No adverse effects on a plant yet. Love your videos so much. A Sunday treat.
Oh, how I miss my winter and snow. My favorite season by far. I now live in Miami so thank you for sharing your winter. Caudex plants are so beautiful. I need to get more of them. I just started reading Tomorrow……Thank you for another beautiful video 😊
I hope you can still enjoy the winter atmosphere, even without the snow. 🥰 caudex plants are so fun and easy care! Let me know your thoughts on the book.
Love your relaxing videos. I'm very intrigued with your codex plants. The family playing in the snow and building the snowman is so cute. Reminds me of when my kids were little, enjoy every minute, children grow soooo fast. ❤
Usually, the first snowfall is never good for a snowman. If it snows again, then going outside and trying to roll your snowball is so much easier. I don’t know why the first snowfall never works, but it’s too “powdery” But he’s oh so cute!😊
Hey Stacy! Loved the video!!! I just got the stephanie Cepharantha , but I have a question did you mist it at the beginning it has a few tiny leaves at the top. So glad to see you silver dollar plant growing you’re going to love it. Have a nice week.❤❤❤
Always a relaxing video...during a snowy morning here in Canada. One of my hoya crimson is constantly getting mealy bugs ...I've heard that some you tubers take off the soil and place it in water...for awhile.....what are your thoughts? How do you water and monitor them for moisture the many hanging pots up high? Keep up the good work!
I think if the plant has root mealies then it might be a good option to remove the potting mix but I have had pretty good success with using systemics in the potting medium, therefore I don't feel the need to shock the plant more than necessary. As for my watering on hanging plants, I just gauge from experience in watering my plants and pretty much have a sense of when they need water.
Hi Stacy, can I ask what type of plants you have in the terracotta pots! Or do you have them in a separate pot, placed in Terracotta? I just purchased a nice Terracotta pot on Etsy. Thank you in advance.
Do you have to remove the leaves on that caudex plant? Can you wait until it withers away on its own? The fluffy soft leaves are so cute. So adorable Ollie enjoying the snow. 😊Your son has grown so big now.
Do you also cut the leaves on the discorea elephantipes back when they start to brown? Just wondering your thoughts on that plant. Thanks for anyone’s advice on this.. You have a beautiful collection that is very calming to look at.
Yes, normally for any caudex plants, if I notice their leaves are past their prime and hasn't fallen off on it's own, I will go in and give it a trim. 🌱😊
I just the off brands greenhouse Lego set. Hope all the pieces are there, there is no # listed on the parts like Lego. Still waiting for my missing pieces money tree set. Enjoy watching you with my morning coffee.
@@mypetitegarden I started building it yesterday and already missing this white piece that supposed to have 16 holes or bumps. That’s probably while one side was longer than the other side. Why is this happening to me. I just got a replacement for my lunar new year money tree. My son said it was faster to get a new one than to wait for the pieces to come. So I’m just going to take the piece that I need and return it as missing pieces. So the greenhouse will be coming tomorrow and returning the previous box. Hope it all goes well I never had missing pieces on my other Lego sets. I have 3 more sets to build 😂 besides the greenhouse and money tree. I’m retired and some days I have to go take the grandkids to school when my daughter in law has to go to the office. Go shopping do puzzles , legos and water my house plants. My dream plant is Linearis 😂 I have one that has a few strands and it hasn’t grown much or at all. I watch Patadentron video on Long Beach Antiques swap meet and they had one there. Hard to find in California. I already have 3 Thai’s and a Albo my most expensive plants. Heard about your outdoor greenhouse it looks sturdy. I have 2 small one and a larger one. We had the horrible winds when we had those wildfires in California. Well it blew all 3 down and my large one got more damage and rip the plastic cover. All the pots and plants were on the ground. Just put the cover back on and put some plants back in. Since the rain was coming good for the place that still 🔥. Looking forward to seeing your next video.
So cozy ✨️✨️
Your channel is the reason I still come back to TH-cam!

Thanks, I love a good snowy day!
As always, I loved your video!
Aw, thank you so much! 🥰
Hahah I’m from Alberta Canada. Good job on the snowman. You need sticky snow to make big snowballs to make a snowman. 🙃
It was so cute to watch.
Yes it definitely was a bit of a struggle! 😂 thanks for the tip!!
I'm so excited that I just got the ETS 10! ❤
I'm excited for you too!!

Hi!! Thank you so stopping by and saying hello 👋 ☺️

But he’s oh so cute!😊
Haha thanks for the tip! It was fun either way, we tried 😆
It doesn’t matter what show men look like, it’s the fun building it. Not all kids get to experience that. Good for your son.
Thank you!!

No, I have not misted it. I just potted it up and left it under grow lights, and that's about it! 😊

Is the Silver Dollar plant in the Hoya genes ? I want one❤❤❤
No, it is not. Its scientific name is Xerosicyos danguyi.
