I remember this very well. Because I missed it. I was at a Star Trek Convention in London and Counsellor Troi was asking the score of the Spurs match. I was the only one who knew amongst thousands of Klingons and Vulcans.

Was at University in my first year. I remember Tottenham being unlucky in the match at Elland Road - but we thoroughly deserved to beat Blackburn back. We deserved to win at home to Man Utd too - but a goal chalked off for no apparent reason for Klinsmam put paid to that.

Really? Looks like a lot of direct percentage football to me. Lots of bypassing midfielder. Is it any wonder England fail to make the 94 WC or that the clubs were dreadful in Europe.
