😂😂😂
Travolta's career never actually faded away.
Look Who's Talking 2 was a giant box office hit just 3 years before Pulp Fiction. And part 3 was in theaters nation wide only one year before Pulp Fiction.
@shasta evangeline Ah, okay. I didn't know exactly what you meant by that, because of the fact that he was considered to have "come back" with Pulp Fiction by many people due to the entertainment news shows.
But I think it was more that he made bad career choices than relations to the "mafia" (😁), that mucked up his career. He was in some caca movies in the mid/late 80s.
@@bobblueford blow out with Brian de Palma is awesome ,urban coboy is good , swordfish cool bad guy ,face off he was great in ,a song for baby long good, from Paris with love the last good film of him ,he doesn't choose good project right now
@@persieprince9345 I agree with those movies. Anything with Travolta in it, I will try to watch. But you're right he's done a lot of crap lately but I don't think it's his choice, he just doesn't get offered any good roles anymore. Studios no longer have faith in him as a star.
First time visiting LA as a kid, my mom took me to see Stayling Alive at the chinese mann theater opening weekend. I'll never forget it that screen was huge. The scene where Travolta bumps into Stallone in the street made all the women go crazy! I loved this underrated film
These two men are amazing.
Watched the movie when I was a teen and loved it especially Travolta's or Tony's transition to adulthood. I thought Sly did an excellent job as a director and this is a dance movie too. It's a shame the movie got crap from critics. But now people are more understanding how underrated this movie is.
Wow nice interview I like John and Sylvester I remember I saw Staying Alive at the Chinese Theater with a friend (she is sick now) I wish her well we had a lot of good times together also R.I P. joan. Thanks
I loved the mid 80, great dance music, no war and no zombies walking into you glued to their mobile phones.
I've adored Stallone for 36 years since I was 12 ... shows my age ...but those white boots oh I loved the 80's🤣🤣
I want a pair
Two of my favorite actors! Love these guys!
This is just great you guys.. now you made me wanna watch stayin' alive for the billionth time 🤣
I don't mind at all because I love them both and it's a great movie! this is such a sweet interview, you can tell they love each other very much far beyond work. What a pair! ❤

It seems as though both John Travolta and Sylvester Stallone are very genuine and very down to Earth 🌎. Also, Sylvester Stallone's interview on Howard Stern's show was fantastic too !
Two legends! I loved all their movies!
@@Travelingmanvegas You have your opinion, I have mine.
Two legends in a studio.
Film stupendo, visto al cinema quando è uscito e non ho mai smesso di vederlo
Being a writer is what saved his career...twice!
Thank you for sharing this wonderful footage.
Loved it ! I saw the movie again not too long ago - it’s one of my favorite dance movies - along with Flashdance ! - and yes dancing IS athletic!!

What's amazing is that Joan Rivers was surprised by Travolta as well. He was hiding next to her desk all that time and she had no idea that he was there!
now I want to watch that movie...it inspires me to have my martial arts trainers to train me
Love both these Icons. I remember when pay phones stopped being a thing and I was happy to have the privacy. Now people talk on their cell phones out in public for everyone to hear.
Happy to finally have privacy? Ever hear of a phone booth?
These actors and actresses had much talent. I too am glad I grew up with these folks and disco. Rap was t around but the 60’s and 70’s were pure live songs from the greatest and country was the best and still is. Don’t sell your soul to the devil and stay who you are. The current plastic Hollywood doesn’t offer a thing.

Que bonita es la juventud cuando ino la sabe cuidar
Love this movie! I was 14 when it came out! Made me wanna dance like John.
So what, Silence Of the Lambs made me want to eat people.
John is incredible in this movie.very underrated movie
Joan Rivers isn't just funny she's beautiful
She looks very pretty
Two very good & talented men there!
Thanks for uploading these old videos. I didn't know there was a part 2 staying alive
Two Italian American actors who are Hollywood's greats. Sadly both of them have lost there sons.
SNF is probably my top 5 movie of all time- esp the music changed my life. Of course- in the movie there is the Rocky poster. Coincidence??
This is easily the most 80s Stallone I've ever seen
Yep. 1982 and 1983 he looked as eighties as one could look due to his style of dressing and his hairstyles in those years.
Be still my beating heart!!!, grew up in the 80's both of these fine men esp THE SLYSTER were so much a part of our lives!!, it wouldn't have been the same w/ out them🙋♀️🙆♀️🙅♀️
Time has changed everything. The world keeps on turning today oct 6 2019.......
If mr.john Travolta, surprised me and hugged me i'd be very happy.i am a huge John Travolta, fan love to met him.also mr.stallone.
Critics were so bad towards Staying Alive. Man, i watched that movie like a hundred times. Grease introduced me to Staying Alive. N both were awesome. Those critics were too harsh. But who cafe abt them. We movie goers n fans of these two great actors, love the movie. 😊😊😊😊👏👏👏💪💪💪👍👍👍👍😊😊😊
