Casting acrylic is a great way to create beautiful works of art, it's relaxing and also somewhat addictive. However, it can cost quite a bit over time. Especially the pouring medium is not that cheap.
If you just want to make a picture for yourself, the purchase is usually not worth it, because the containers are often only available in large quantities.
Fluid art paintings can also be created without Pouring Medium, simply dilute the acrylic paints with water.
To make the whole thing even cheaper, I just use 2 acrylic paints with the right color combination thereby fascinating works of art. Perfect for beginners!

I was expecting it actually looked like a tiger at the end... This just is a blob of paint randomly poured on a canvas.
Sorry but you can pretend you know anything and say it's a real talent but it is completely random anyone can make this.

Gorgeous. I have such a hard time watching so much paint get wasted though lol I would be the weirdo scooping up all the run off, determined to find something I could use the paint for hahaha
Put a canvas under it maybe...
If you are doing another painting, lay your canvas upside down, press canvas on the run off, then smooth. Proceed with next pour. Very little waste by making run off paint your base paint for next project.
I have seen people make ear rings from left over paint
I think they could have done more with it...
@@dottieherring4797 I think you might be thinking of epoxy/resin pours, I've seen many artists use the runoff in jewelry pieces since it hardens. Acrylic runoff tends to be rubbery so I guess it could work...do you have any suggestions of examples to watch, would be interesting to see how it's used.
