I will elaborate on the context of this video:
Soft BF tries talking with Soft GF, but he feels he needs some help on what to say to Soft GF. He and Soft Pico then hear about the "other mods" and decide to see if they could help him with his struggles. This is why we see him all over FNF itself, asking the mods what to do, also with his parents and stuff. GF is sometimes on the speakers as well to hear what he has to say.

I like the Ruby and Nene part, I feel like I'm going to heaven.
Finally the soft mod got some recognization
I like the fact all of em are women except for that blue dragon plus some are in a relationship & some are not and also they had issues just like softie here are some examples TaeYun (a failed programmer), Ruby (Abusive parents),Monika(relationships),& lastly Sarvente(Ruv's Scenarios) since they're like helping Softie's problem too and probably can easily become friends.
