- Daily vlog, simple weekend life. Just chilling on Saturday. Decided to make a very late lunch / early dinner of bibimbap following a bibimbap (비빔밥) following a recipe from Future Neighbor's channel. Just have to prepare 2 side dishes of mung bean sprouts and spinach and seasoned beef slices. It was pretty easy to make and quite yummy too. Made a peach gum dessert again using the leftover ingredients I have. Didn't add milk this time but it's still declious! On Sunday, I had no idea what to eat so I just made a simple fried rice. But I used the Japanese curry cube to season the fried rice to make it into curry fried rice. It turned out to be a success, so delicious. Will definitely make it again. Also attempt to make Muah Chee after trying them at my friend's place. Muah Chee is a local snack here in Singapore and has a texture like mochi. It's eaten coated in ground peanuts. It's actually quite simple to make, using just water and glutinous rice flour. I made 2 versions, one coated with ground peanuts and the other with sesame seeds. In the end, I preferred the peanut version. It was a fuilfiling weekend.

The desert looks nourishing, how to you handle the peach gum n white fungus, they come as dried goods ? Where do you get the peach gum n honey rock sugar from ?

How do you find bibimbap (비빔밥) ? Actually I had eaten twice in SK. And I don't really like it, because it is too... dry. I like a lot of sauce soaking the rice. And the way you put the pots in the stove to cook made me think of 生活達人
I quite like bibimbap and enjoy eating it. If there’s kimchi or other side dishes given, I’ll pour them all in with their sauce and mix them up with the rice to eat. Make it tastes even better. 😋
@@eueuandbunny Depends on which type of kimchi. I don't really fancy on the chili paste coated white cabbage kimchi. I prefer kimchi which is not spicy.
