In honor of Alexander Volkanovski's next opponent at UFC 290 and proud Mexican, Yair Rodriguez, Volkanovski decided to make steak tacos with all the fixings at home.

If you do that whilst following the bulbside you’ll cut of the flesh clean and the white seedlist core will remain. Sorry for my english tho.

Hi Volk try microwaving your plate before you add the steaks to rest. Helps keep warm and adds to the time it takes to cool/rest therefore keeping more juice in the steak. YOU GOT THIS CHAMP!!!
