Well if you think about it Froger comes into the room twice. She goes to the room you’re in and then leaves, then she passes the room you’re in. (Yes Froger is a female because anglerfish with lures are females)
my list: 1: pande (obviously) 2: frogger (he is so annoying in the ridge he literally comes every millisecond) 3: pinkie 4: blitz (a bit harder than normal angler) 5: chainsmoker (if you get one in the ridge just follow him immediatly and you get atleast 4 angler-free rooms) 6: good old angler
This is my "ranking". Enjoy, I guess. 1: pink from among us - the whole "you have to rely on sound" thing has messed my runs up multiple times, and she was the first Angler variant I died to (other than Angler himself). 2: MINIGAMES!!! - first time I encountered _it_ I survived because I was in a part of a previous room where it couldn't see me because I didn't realize my group was already ahead, the second and currently last time when I hid in a locker, I died. Minigame is fun though. 3: the Anglerfish from Finding Nemo - when the lights flicker, this is the main thing I expect. He's very common and definitely the first entity you'll encounter, thus, they are not very annoying. 4: Angler but faster - haven't encountered him much, only reason I know I have is because I have the badge. 5: 500 cigarettes and hit game Frogger - haven't encountered Chainsmoker. Encountered Froger twice and didn't die to her on either, but maybe I'm just really good at entities in Rooms/DOORS inspired games that rebound though.
My own list: 1. Angler’s mechanic is just Rush from doors, but it can sometimes come from the front and you will have less time to react. 2. Froger is a bit more time consuming but it’s still very easy. 3. For Pinkie, you need to rely on hearing. 4. Blitz will make quiet noise before it attacks, but in the ridge you will need to turn your volume all the way up to heat it otherwise it will blitz its way towards you. 5. Chainsmoker is very slow so you will need to hide in a locker as late as possible, like right when it enters your room. Otherwise you will be forced out due to cleithrophobia. 6. Pandemonium is no problem for me, but it will often bash your locker pushing your circle onto the edge of the screen, and it also has very good eyesight

Tip: In your settings there's a deaf mode so it's really easy to see who or what entity is coming. I guess you don't use it cuz it's kinda like... Cheating.

the normal version of angler is the easiest, unless you’re doing lockerless, and it comes from the front. also, pretty sure zeal said there will be front spawns for other node entities in the future, imagine doing a lockerless run and you get front A-60/blitz.
I think A-60 is harder than Pinkie, but easier than Pandemonium. Unless you’re underwater, like my first encounter with A-60, in which case it is harder than Pandemonium.

Chainsmoker is theee hardest one for me, above pandemonium😭😭 ive got way more deaths to it but prob encountered them close to an equal amount Its noise feels like the most non-distinct of the anglers, the differences are so much more subtle n took me the longest to learn And then depending on the room type i can have what just feels like guaranteed death if im trying to rely on a locker. Some rooms, getting in when the big sound starts is fine and u gotta do it, but then some rooms(ESP IN THE RIDGE!!) it actually has a weird kooky route and takes unpredictably way longer despite getting loud for its arrival! When i first ever encountered pandemonium, having gone into the game completely blind and never heard of it or any prep ever, i survived the minigame and thought it was cute and awesome and was soo surprised to hear the stuff abt it being the hardest in the game. Only times ive died to it are 99% just from being silly, prob one actual skill issue incident It took me so sooo long to finally survive my first chainsmoker LOL
When chainsmoker comes, hide only when the lights on top of you flicker, not when its warning before he comes, but when hes coming and the lights flicker around him.

Personally, the easiest in my opinion is Chainsmoker. It's slow, has a tiny hitbox, and gives you more than enough time to find an SS or PSS
chainsmoker’s hitbox is actually the biggest, he got me in a few spots a normal angler wouldn’t.
