Hey we are Winston and Mayfair! We are a Christian couple, who are totally in love and we got married in August 2020.
Winston was born with a condition known as Ostegenesis Imperfecta, a disorder that causes his bones to be extremely fragile. He has suffered over 200 fractures in his lifetime and uses a wheelchair for mobility. Mayfair is non-disabled and enjoys looking after her physical and mental wellbeing - although she admits that she doesn't like running!
Professionally, Winston is a Motivational Speaker whose work has been featured by international brands including Google, Disney and TED talks. Mayfair is a Life Coach and Author who published her debut book The Becoming at the tender age of 21.
Our purpose is to document our day-to-day life as an interabled couple, and address some of the stigmas around disability and relationships. Our ultimate mission is to create a world that is kinder and more inclusive for everyone.
Honey, sister here’s my tips, stop wasting your ginger, use a spoon and scrap the skin off. No peeler needed! The same way you crush your garlic with the side of the knife, do that with the skin on and the garlic will pop out! I buy meats in family trays too and break them down in cooking portions and that way you only take out the packages you will cook for that meal, save on thawing out large frozen portion and cost too and biggest for me, less trip to the grocery store! 👍🏽 Love y’all since UK days welcome to America and one day, I hope to see you guys in California where I live, Happy New Year’s Blessings and much success and health🙏🏽❤️🤗

Locs are very versatile ☺️ and if you change your mind, they can always be combed out (regardless of how long you’ve had them) or simply cut.

Sisterlocks are permanent but they resembles loose natural hair. I have them and people are always asking me about them. Three years ago when I got them done I had 7 inches of hair now my hair is 14 or 15 inches long, so they are past my shoulders. They would look so beautiful on you. But your beautiful anyway, ❤❤❤

Hi Mayfair, I love Target as well you got some nice items. So I am Jamaican and we also make a mixture of Garlic, ginger, lime, honey, cod liver oil and....rum. Everyday we take a tablespoon of it. Don't throw out the old kettle yet. Re-cycle it and try using it as a vase for your flowers in the kitchen. If it doesn't work then of course throw it out then. It is a pretty kettle.

Actually here in Kenya we don't blend the dawa, we just boil all the ingredients in water so that they're all infused and sieve everything into a cup.

Get soft locs, or bohemian locs. They look really authentic and you can easily take them out if you don't like.
