Pawan bhai first of all you are one of the few indian youtubers jo bilkul openly, honestly & transparently apna view rakh rahe ho mere hisab s yehi asli vloging hai jisse ap apni audience se connect krte ho aur vo apse and ye apnapan aur connect hi hai jo apko dusre youtubers se alag bnata hai... maine bhi 2.5 sal japan m kam kra hai... this podcasts sums up experience of most of the foreigners working in japan. Japan really needs to implement modern productive & open work environment. I am back in india now and surprisingly yha jada open work environment lga.. but nevertheless grass is always greener on the other side to h har jagah k fayde unksan hai... coming from an indian middle class household we work hard to balance study and societal pressure, most of us doesn't have luxury of exploring & finding our passion, we adjust according to environment & try our best to mend in foreign environments, and sometime even though the other person is far less knowledgeable than you.. we NATMASTAK (as you said in your podcast :)) just to avoid any confrontation in foreign lands.................... But after working for a decade with people across the world i learned & want to say it loud to my fellow indians that you all are brave smart & working to achieve something better, don't consider yourself inferior to any one on the basis of race... learn from everyone & achieve your dreams :)

I learn one thing from RRJ that , gaining and learning any type of right knowledge is similar to prayer to the god. Even you are engineer that doesn't mean that until you got bald you should still be an engineer , go anywhere don't get settle easily . (especially woman either wise life will be loop in dormitory ward and cleaning tatti of child for life.)
