I am sure the nature of job and expectations (in terms of work output), would have been mentioned in the job description. In today’s world, a line is normally mentioned about the computer skills one should have. From your video, it appears you were absolutely clueless. No matter in which country you are; one should be sure and have reasonable command over the language used at workplace. Secondly, during the recruitment process, steps should be taken to know as much as possible about the nature of work, expectations, work culture, people in general you will be working with etc. Glad that you made a video, and shared very frankly all that you went through.
