Too many reactions have him like completely change after joining ada when hes still generally an apathetic person, just working for good causes. Like odasaku said "good and evil doesnt mean much to (him)". Imo Dazai only left pm and joined ada for oda, not because he had some sort of change of heart. I really appreciate you showing that hes still apathetic and not exactly the most moral even after joining ada!! I also really liked that you didnt make the ada shocked at EVERYTHING. They are smart, they wouldnt be shocked at dazais kill count after learning he was an executive.
Glad you enjoyed it! I completely agree. I think dazai does not help people for the sake of helping them. However, he is a very complex character and since we never once get to hear his thoughts in any of the novels, it's really hard to tell what he is thinking. He did say once that oda was right and "being on the side that helps people is much more beautiful" so I really do think he desires change. I assume he is trying his best to to live up to Oda's last wish and become a good person but with his skewed morals he doesn't always stick to those ideals for the sake of going the more "logical" route. That's why we sometimes see him sort of revert to his old ways. (like that one time he dealt with kouyou while they had her captured!)
I love how in this video they are understanding and don't move away from Dazai or act quickly but rather take it easy so that Dazai feels good around them.
14:20 Chuuya's expression broke my heart. At 15, he was not believed by those he called family, but Dazai is believed by colleagues he barely knows... I can imagine how he expected that they wouldn’t believe Dazai and would turn away from him.

Also did you maybe read the light novels? It just seems so accurate that I just can‘t suspect it. Something I’ve seen other gacha tubers do that I’m pretty sure helps with copyright issues is putting the whole video 2x slower and putting in the title to put the speed at 2x so that we can hear the edits normally
I tried that on my first upload actually but the audio sounded really jarring to me after I put it on 2x speed. It became really choppy so I had to repost it with my edit over it. Idk how people get their audio to still sound almost perfect after they slowed it down. Also youtube still recognized the songs somehow at 2x slower 😭

I uploaded diff versions of the vid in private over the days until one came out acceptable and then I just changed it from private to public lol I sadly do not think there is a way for me to not get copyrighted if I don't butcher the audio like this 😔 sorry I tried

Something I’ve seen other gacha tubers do that I’m pretty sure helps with copyright issues is putting the whole video 2x slower and putting in the title to put the speed at 2x so that we can hear the edits normally
I tried that on my first upload actually but the audio sounded really jarring to me after I put it on 2x speed. It became really choppy so I had to repost it with my edit over it. Idk how people get their audio to still sound almost perfect after they slowed it down. Also youtube still recognized the songs somehow at 2x slower 😭

@@tunafish8281 took 3 days to upload. I uploaded diff versions of the vid in private over the days until one came out acceptable and then I just changed it from private to public lol
I sadly do not think there is a way for me to not get copyrighted if I don't butcher the audio like this 😔 sorry I tried
@@homurra Make sure when you slow it down you do it to 0.5 not 2x slower because then when you set it to 2x it doubles the 0.5 and makes it normal.
@@togaisthequeen7367 Oh I did it exactly like that. The audio just becomes weird after speeding it back up again. I'll just stick to editing the audio like this because youtube recognises the audio otherwise anyway. Slowing it down doesn't work
