I also have insomnia, but at night I sleep with my phone and earphones on I watch Korean drama until I sleep , if I stil can’t sleep I put my leg up until you feel tired , you can try can’t sleep at night is big problem oh one more you can massage your feet with lotion, now I can sleep every day .
