Drinking and more drinking and a crazy amount of supplements with food being either a feast or a famine for his meal. He doesn't seem happy but just existing.
I hope someone close to him makes him good food and checks up on him. It may look fine but it actually gets lonely sometimes being alone all the times.

He doesn’t have a good diet and drinks far too much, it’s a shame. He may only have one meal a day but that meal could’ve fed three. I’m amazed he’s so thin. He didn’t look well in The Real Has Come. I love my Waterpik but my dentist says that mouthwash stains your teeth so use it occasionally. I live on my own and am very happy. He has friends he can see when he wants so he won’t be lonely.
