It looks aesthetically nice, but the fundamentals of stable good posture are missing sometimes. I can see problems of balance here, and the fact the practitioner is moving or dancing our of synch with the client is not good. If you watch dynamic thai massage, the client and practitioner move together and the body is fully supported. Some of this is good, such as the postures taken from Thai massage.

Hey Jim. Thanks for the comment.. Wuo Tai actually holds a different philosophy to Thai massage and being out of balance is intentional and a fundamental element of the practice..
By getting out of balance i tension the fascial chains, and any movement thereafter is going to be directed where most needed to the point of most tension.. We seek to utilize subconscious reciprocity (Neurones Gamma..) to get out of the traditional Client/Therapist paradigm but instead allow the rhythm of the dance to take over and allow the movement to free itself from the (always) limited understanding of the practitioner.. Thus being out of balance puts me in a position where i need to hold onto the other person which brings us to the same level.. 2 humans connecting through a healing dance at the edge of the universe .. I also practice Thai massage and find Wuo tai a nice complement..
