thanks again for the resource just a few notes for anyone trying to complete:
-Q1 the part is very hard to create, I'd recommend skipping it or at least having the actual part open to compare and check dimensions
-Q6 I got 177.58 not a big deal but if you round to the nearest deg we get 178 which is right in between two answers
-Q8/10 as far as I can tell the sub arm can still move so I couldn't get answers to the problems

I agree with your comments.
Tip for solving Q8-10: There was already a mate in the actuator of 12mm. If you keep that one (or not suppress the one you made), you can solve the last 3 questions
