1. Is there a way to find online or offline that the plaintiff not pay the cost due to which the notice is not served/issued to defendant?
2. If the notice never served/issued to defendants and the case is ex parte. What defendants can do later if they came to know about case? Please answer these questions. I really appreciate your work. Thank you 🙏
