Thank you for your response. Yes I noticed that but the whole fee increase is referenced to new filing starting 4/1/24. There is no CLEAR mentioning of applying the new fees on renewal of either I-765 or I-131 for AOS filed earlier under category C9. More confusing , if you look at the fee increase schedule you find the first column as "old fees". There is no mention on situation when old fees is 0 like in category C9 - I485. Here comes my question.@@CRColombia

It took me a little over 18 months, but remember, every case is not the same and I am in NYC.

If you sent your package before April 1, and you get a return package what happens when you resubmit?
If you resubmit after April 1, you’ll have to pay the new fees.

The G-1450 form does not ask for the CVV number
