I have a 2021 giant trance e+1pro s and it is a brilliant all rounder previously rode an analogue ns snabb 170 and dont miss the extra travel .love the spec although I have upgraded/modified it to my taste. And also really like the motor and the no screen controller, but the new one does look sweeter.
I really want to have the Trance bike. I did call my local Giant shop and they told me that they will get the first Trance advance model in August of 2022. Crazy, I hope the alu version comes early.
I rode the trans x3 + 29" for a Summer,loved the motor strong and instant tork if starting up Hill,the Bike was great exept the Weight and rear dampner seemd like what ever i did it was ether to soft bottoming out al the time or to Hard/stiff, now got a Haibike fullseven 8 with Bosch,better bike in everyway for the trails i ride, more agile nimble and better balance in the Air.
Nice video, but what did you do in editing? There is some weird and annoying blur effect going on. Some stuff in the same focus plane is blurry and weirdly pulsating... Makes me almost puke...
Cinematic mode not quite ready for prime time! Great content as always though, just a little distracted from the content by the weird artificial shallow depth of field.
Waiting on my trance x +2 being delivered. I've got old back and hip injuries which have really hampered me when riding my conventional mtb. Looking forward to trying out the new ebike and hope it helps :)

Got 2021 model and its so awesome and underrated! Mountain Goat! Bullet proof ebike.. Have been on few rentedmore expensive one before i got it but Giant does it own way and it feels so plush and strong built.
It already has been the all-rounder you actually can afford and now for 2022 this and the Reign will sell out as fast as they can make them. The yam motor is the best one and it's only brand snobbery that has people paying up to double+$ for a Specialized.
Hey all you giant Ebike riders . I have a 2019 Trance e+1 Pro. The orange and black model and love it. I'm thinking of going tubeless and have discovered the rims already have some sort of tubeless ready tape around them already. Is that actually tubeless rim tape i.e. do they come ready to go with only sealant and a valve to fit. Hope so the rim certainly looks to be airtight so to speak. The rims are classed as tubeless ready as opposed to tubeless compatible. Also given the tape is already 4 years old but never had a flat would that rim tape assuming it is tubeless rim tape still be serviceable. Appreciate your thoughts Cheers
Wow… that felt sort of disjointed… seemed like we missed a whole segment on the Trance X, felt like there was more in depth content to come (ride in the forest on location) and then you cut to a bunch of rushed in studio content. Shame.
Wondering....why so many bike manufacturers have Shimano Ep8 motor? Maybe Shimano gives them better deal with other stuff, like breaks, shifters etc? I am asking that, because I think Shimano is way behind Bosch, Yamaha, Brose...
That bronze/orange color is really nice. It does not appear to be an option for the US market however... Unless they just haven't updated their website yet for new models.

Maybe give the leaderfox ayra 2022 a shot I absolutely love that ebike the specs will impress you because the price ain't bad and it's a perfect alrounder full sus

None are affordable to the blue-collar workforce. E-bikes are strictly for the rich, and if handicapped with good insurance...the lucky few.
