I was in that area in June 2024 Overlanding and it was so damn hot! It was hard even to really explore and Rhyolite because of the heat and then when I got to Calico to camp in that area by the Ghost Town, it was 107° and yes, I was in a rooftop tent thank God for my Klaymore fan and showersshowers that I would soak my entire body in clothes and all to stay cool until I could go to bed! Love Grimm, it was filmed here in my area. In fact, I managed to get my hands on a crew sweatshirt when it was filming and I wore it yesterday.
Okay, that ghost town was pretty awesome but I can't believe you didn't have toast with your chili . there's nothing better than chili with toast for lunch. See you next week.

@@greatercrossroads6721 Lol if you watch all our videos, you’ll see we have had many disasters! I wouldn’t call any of it easy! But it is a lot of fun, everything just takes a lot more time and requires more planning. Weather is always the first thing we check, we run off of solar so we have to be flexible to leave and find sun if we have to! Honestly you really learn to appreciate the little things and take nothing for granted, especially quality time with friends and family as we are always on the move. But we love this life and will be continuing this way indefinitely ❤️🚐💨
