Thank you for this excellent video showing the tilt and panning capabilities of the 608 Nitrotech. This video puts most other youtube "reviews" to shame.
What is your overall opinion on this head? I just returned 504x head because counterbalance system didn't handle my setup properly(4.6kg), so I ordered this 608 and I hope it will be better.
Thank you for this review. I don't like the bounce back after you let go of the handle. Could only imagine what it will look like zoomed in at 135mm or more. It seems like the movement is smooth, but it is at the end when you let go that the bounce back is quite apparent. Does it happen when you pan left/right? I am wondering if Sachtler FSB series will have no bounce back. Price for a FSB 4 or FSB 6 is quite a lot higher than the Nitrotech 608. But I really don't like that it bounces back like that. Certainly I think nitrotech is not the same as Sachtler or Vinten. But I think that is the case for camera work that requires very delicate movements.Panning is smoother than tilt, and I think the bounce back is rare. I think this is the same as other Manfrotto. The advantage of nitrotech is that it can adjust the counter balance according to various cameras. Thanks for watching!

このテストで気に入って、現在608と脚は190を組み合わせて使っています。おそらく無段階のカウンターバランス調整が出来るヘッドでは最軽量です。体積はけっこう大きいですが・・。

ナイトロテック雲台のパン方向の挙動はどうでしょうか。
小型カメラ用にVINTENのpro6を使用しているのですが、
パン終わりの振り戻しが難点に思っています。
ナイトロテックのチルトの挙動は良好そうで興味があるのですが、
パン方向の挙動によっては導入を考えています。
宜しければお教え願えますでしょうか？
振り戻し、バッククラッシュは少ない方だと思います。乗せる重さにもよりますが、Vinten のBlueと同等くらいではないでしょうか。体感の部分ですので個人差はあると思いますが、ご参考まで。
