This was phenomenal, and the host is just really likeable dude. I can't wait to go to Norway this February, as it will be my first time! Everyone seems so friendly and welcoming, I'm going to be enjoying loads of seafood and beer.
Respect to Munchies for it's commitment to Scandinavian/Northern European cuisine. The culinary cultures of these countries has definitely been long ignored (and wrongly so)

Come to Maine for scallops. They'll knock your socks off. The hardest part of catching them is shucking them into the bucket and not your mouth. 😀 If be willing to bet I've eaten the value of a truck in missed wages from picked seafood. 😀
In the gulf of mexico we have "bay scallops" which are smaller, but super good! A large ammount of "sea scallops are fake and stamped out of stingray or any similar thin fish.
