Why is CBO's salary not at par with PO? Despite candidates having previous experience also. They should be getting 2 additional increments infact, above the starting basic of PO. Sounds very unfair.

Sir, you have not considered Learning allowance and also applicable DA on special allowance in gross salary calculation.
