I thank God for my near eastern heritage. I am fearful that lebanon will suffer the destruction we have seen in Gaza. You Tube videos have evoked memories of the villiages and food I experienced back in 1931.

اجمل تحية لك اخي العزيز انطوني ...ياسيدي العزيز .سافرت لاغلب الدول لكن مثل لبنان واهل لبنان ..في جمالة وطيبة اهلة.لم اجد كنت دائما اسافر الي لبنان .في أي فرصة اجدها وفي كل الفصول ...بالنسبة للاكل لة نكهة ابدا لم اجدها في اي بلد ...وكنت اسل نفسي لماذا يتميز الاكل في لبنان بهذة النكهة الطيبة واللذيذة بشكل ساحر...في جميع أنحاء لبنان ...السبب الذي اكتشفتة ان الجو والماء والتربة...تساعد بشكل عجيب وساحر على جعل الاكل لة طعم جميل ولذيذ مستحيل تجد مثلة في العالم ...اغلب الدول تجد ان البندورة لها لون لكن لا رائحة لها ...لكن في لبنان البندورة تشتم رائحتها الزاكية بشكل قوي ..بحياتي لم اشم رائحة البندورة. الا في لبنان وقرية في إيطاليا فقط ...طبعا الظروف الخاصة بنا اخرتنا من الذهاب الى لبنان...مع العلم ان بعض ابنائنا يدرسون في لبنان وكذلك واحد يعمل في السفارة السعودية...تحية غالية لك ولجميع أصدقائي الاعزاء في لبنان..ولجميع اهل لبنان الطيبين الغالين...من كل قلبي أنا اعشق لبنان ومن المستحيل انساة ابدا ابدا...
